This place is lit! Been coming here for a while; this place is a hidden gem. Their song system is so crazy! It has a great coverage in all different languages. And plus you get a quite spacious room which can fit like up to 10 people for a fair price.

This karaoke establishment atmosphere was amazing and beautiful. Service was friendly and professional and there was a good selection of songs. Rooms are clean and luxurious and good value for karaoke.

This is the most luxurious KTV I have ever been to in Vancouver. The environment is very good, and the attitude of the service staff is also very good. This time, due to their mistakes in operation, they did not make an appointment for me, but they helped me upgrade the biggest party room for free.! So happy! Will continue to come!

Absolutely stunning karaoke lounge bar: more high-end private/hidden, yet located conveniently inside Aberdeen Square. Attentive service from the staff, and he provided drinking water too. I was surprised by the extensive song list, including a lot of new release selections (*truly unexpected!) Both microphones functioned properly, but I did feel a bit awkward walking past the other rooms and could hear clearly the music and singing inside. Very spacious rooms and love the place being dark with strong AC. Many items on the menu, including drinks and food were unavailable during the time/day of my first visit, but overall experience is still amazing. Definitely recommend and worth checking this place out!

If I can choose 0 start I would definitely do so! Be very careful of the bill that they charge CAD$200 for cleaning fee! And everything is insanely overpriced. Will let all my friends know my bad experience at this place and would never in my life go back again!

Terrible! I have advocated this place many times in the past and I used to be a frequent customer. However, they did not tell us beforehand and forced us to pay 25% tip last time. There wasn't an option to change the tip or anything. Forcing 25% tip is too outrageous. Terrible, never going back again.Response to the owners comment below: still unacceptable. We were willing to switch to the larger room, however, there was no room available. We even ordered more to compensate for the larger number of people. What is negligent on your part is is not telling us about the 25% unchangeable tip.

I went to Karoake at this place last week with a couple of my friends and had one of the best experience at this place. The staff was super friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. Even after we accidentally broke one of the cups, the staff was nice about it and didn't charge for extra fees. My only down part about here is that they didn't have fly me to the moon." But overall the price was reasonable and will definately come again!!"

rude attitude. Not friendly staff. Saturday Sept 24 night - manager on shift has a bad attitude. Not sure what her name is, Asian wear glasses. Being a manager on shift in customer service entertainment industry, she should think if she is right for it. Rude and such a turn off when she talks. I would never come back with her kind of attitude even if the other staffs are ok. She have put a bad taste for our friend to ever come back.
