Waste of time, no body at the gas station waited for 10 min. Staff was not friendly. Go to some other location.

Sells me two Keno lottery tickets without checking my ID and I go back in to cash them in 1 minute later and then all of a sudden needs to check my ID. Didn’t have wallet on me but should be checking both times or none at all. Cashier seemed to just be happy that he wasn’t going to take my ticket back.

They will not let me use my airmiles points to pay for my gas but every other shell will let me do it! What's the point of collecting points when they won't let you use them!!!

It's a gas station they sell fuel the new car wash which is just touch now is working a lot better than the old touchless one just hopefully they clean the cloths in the car wash so we the customers do not end up with scratches on are vehicles. Wish that gas prices would drop some more though this station is one of the most expensive ones to go to.

Used to be my favorite shell. Recently I came to know that the management has changed.Under this new management, I expected a better experience, figured out I am wrong.Most of the people are rude and arrogant. They don't value you. Especially the guy named JAWAD. Oh boy, don't do this to your customers, if they don't get served well, they won't come to you. He doesn't want to ask Airmiles points card, he is always rush you to complete transactions and go away. Because he wanna use his phone. Don't want to upsell, inform new carwash deals and give you airmiles points. Oh Jawad, there were extremely awesome people at this position before and just because of you and your new colleagues i had to write this 0 stars review.0 stars to customer service.5 stars if you don't go in.5 stars to gas.

This is the only gas station in the area with such high security it's so inconvenient to shop at during the night there are plenty of other places you can go that don't make buying chips and gas a headache.

The 2 cashiers, both male with a dark complexion - on March 16 2018 - when I went up to pay for my gas purchase - they ask for your Air miles card - if you don't have it they scan their own personal air miles card - now how is that appropriate? Shell employees taking customers Air miles points as their own - how fraudulent.

I get that people come to Canada from all different countries, but maybe employers like Shell need to start giving formal training about Canadian women’s rights to their employees that come from typically misogynistic countries. Treated very rudely and dismissively by a young male employee who then was nice as pie to the guy behind me.

Although the attendant was friendly, this location does not honor the CAA membership discount and made me wait 10 minutes to the side only to tell me I won’t be getting a discount. Waste of time and poor communication.
