Sport Chek

Wanted to buy a golf grip which was in stock , however due to a mix-up in the pricing code the item could not be scanned for a price so they couldn't or wouldn't sell me the item ... I had to travel to downtown Charlottetown to get the item

My husband and I had gone to look for new shoes and we are not the type that enjoys trying on new shoes. The first time we went and looked my husband found a pair he liked and bought them but I didn't. Also the employee that day could care less and looked like he just wanted to go home.The next day we went back with out 7, and 4 year old.Conner and Max were AWESOME!They knew we had a budget and they stuck to it.They helped us with the kids shoes, helped my husband find another pair and noticed I didn't find anything for myself. Conner not only remember my size shoe from the day prior but also my style and that I have custom insoles that need to fit In the shoes. He picked out a 7.5 wide for me that was perfect! It was the only pair I tried on that day and loved it! If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have bought anything for myself.

Horrible. 7 minute wait for someone to turn up at the skate section so I could pick up skates that were being sharpened. Theres 2 entrances to this location and its a long store. The front" of the store they call it. Which is the mall entrance. And the "back" of the store. Which is a big fancy entrance from their parking lot and is the exact same inside as the " front" of the store. 3 cashes there also. My 2 year old and I finally got our skates and go to the " back" of the store to pay. 5 minute wait there aswell looking around trying to find an imployee. Someone finally comes up and says sorry these cashes are closed you have to go to the front of the store. Right on. My 2year old and I walked to the other end. Waited in a 10 minute line up to pay. Walked all the way to the "back" of the store because we were parked at that big fancy main entrance FFS. And going thru the door the alarms went of. I said "its fine im just picking up my skates and the lady at the front already took the tag of the bag they had put on when they first came in" oh no. No way I couldn't just go now I'm a thief. Everything out of the God damn bag and questioned and my sons brand new skates that I had just bought 2 weeks ago. I was asked where the receipt was. You've got

My most recent experience with Sport Chek Charlottetown was so wonderful that I really wanted to share it. From start to finish, it was made fantastic thanks to a young man who puts his heart into his work. Ben M. took all the time, understanding, patience and kindness it needed and more to assist me as a customer and to make sure that I got exactly what I needed from the store.Even over the phone, when I needed help to understand the Curbside Pick-Up process and how my rearwards work online, Ben was clear, professional and explained everything so that I could understand and was able to do exactly what I needed online to get my order from Sport Chek.Another interaction in the store proved his consistency and dedication to representing the store and treating customers kindly and always striving for excellence in Customer Service. He once again listened to my need patiently, understood and assisted me as needed. Ben truly represents Sport Check with dignity and warmth, making me feel like a valued customer, a part of the company's family and leaving me looking forward to my next visit to Sport Check!

Sales associate was quick to ask if I needed help, and was knowledgeable. Large store with wide variety of sporting goods, clothing, shoes, etc. And if you can't find what you are looking for, they will order the item you want and have it delivered to you.

Went to Charlottetown store to purchase a sale item. Found it was sold out..it was 7 minutes after store opening. Then a staff member said it could be ordered on line and proceeded to do this for me and I paid for the purchase. Was told it would be shipped to my home and left the store feeling good.While shopping elsewhere that morning came across a similiar item and could have purchased the 2 items I wanted but decided I would wait for what had been ordered.This morning I opened the tracking email to find the items were cancelled. Why did they order if none were available on line. I also heard before I left the store that day that only 4 were ever at the store!!What a disappointing experience with a store I have been shopping at since it opened here. Never again will I buy there.Thanks for nothing.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Multiple staff showed me a lot of patients as I stumbled through finding the right pair of shoes.

Great store. I feel like they need bigger selections of runners. Women's shoes are limited to styles compared to the Men's dept which has a Huge selection. Sales clerk named Josh helped me, he was fantastic. What I found though having only one person in that dept was not sufficient when there were approximately 6-7 active shoppers. Certainly doesn't allow for enough help to aging customers.

Had Thomas as a sales associate in the bike section, best customer service I've had in a long time. He knew a lot about all the models and bikes, and had me leaving with one in a matter of minutes. Great Experience!
