Every time I need something, I cross my fingers and check out their website. Sure enough, they have it! I was their first customer this morning and was greeted courteously before receiving my order. Great service, great location, great selection! Wish I discovered you sooner :)

Made a small order mistake that was totally my fault and the people at x2 went above and beyond expectations in fixing it for me really fast. Cannot recommend enough for both the quality products and the stellar service.

went there for something shown available online. then the front desk ladies just kept me out rudely and told me out-of-stock without bothering to ask. I am suspecting that they are doing this to avoid work.

I was unlucky bought a defect item from this shop, called the customer service, they said return defect item need to write email to their technical department and sent the item to the shop to identify, only when their technicians find the defect then they can call me to exchange, which means in order to get exchange I need to visit the shop in-person twice!! Can't believe it is in Toronto... I then wrote email there's no response in the day ... I ended up to buy the same item from the other shop. So disappointed to this shop, I would avoid this it and won't recommend to any of my friends.PS:Tried both Mac and Windows with two different usb cables, it always shows No compatible devices found". I was looking for a Raspberry Pi 4 with 8GB Ram as I wanted to build few fun projects like Kali box, OMV Server and other funky stuff. Majority of places had the 8GB model Out of Stock. But X2 Robotics had them in Stock for a very reasonable price in a Kit. So I picked up a Kit from X2 Robotics, paid for it and waited. Few hours after my order I get an email stating that they had only (1) Cooling tower in stock. I was surprised, but after checking my order I noticed I messed up (this is what happens when you order from your phone). They were super awesome in refunding the difference and shipped my package same day. The package arrived in a nifty X2 Robotics box. Super happy, very good prices, availability and the customer support is very nice.

Be careful.I bought wrong esp32.Came to exchange it.was told cannot be done, as the package is open.I didn't even use it.Just be careful

I visit them last week after looking for some components online and on other shops for week. They have full variety of components and their prices are really fairly priced. Staff are so kind, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place and I will be their regular customer.
