ABC Rentals Cambridge

I would not recommend this place for any flooring rentals; as the one that was set up for the wedding I attended September 17th in Cambridge came broken. Throughout the whole reception many guests, hotel staff and even the bride and the groom attempted to fix it to no avail. Thankfully there were no injuries to anyone in attendance at the wedding. However it’s come to my attention that this company is claiming that the bride and groom are responsible for the damage when that is very clear that was not the case.

ABC Rentals was wonderful to work with for our wedding. They were easy to coordinate with and did well to make accommodations to our requests. Their setup and take down of the event was seamless. Other than the lady working at reception, I would highly recommend ABC Rentals' services.

I rented tent, tables and chairs for a backyard event and was extremely happy with ABC. They were flexible with my date change and were very communicative via email for any questions. The delivery and pick up were on time and the items I ordered were perfect for my event. Highly recommend and would use them in the future.

This rental place is great! They have a wide variety of party items to rent. The staff were extremely helpful over the phone and assisted me with the pick up and drop off of the rented items. I highly recommend them.

We used ABC Rentals Cambridge for supplies for my stepdaughter's bridal shower. They supplied us with everything we needed. Their service was very good and they took care of all needs for the shower. The cost for all of the supplies was very reasonable. They had everything packed and ready to go for pickup. I would definitely use them again for any big celebration.

Dance floor fell apart less than 10 minutes into the wedding reception I attended recently. A senior almost fell. I almost twisted my ankle when my heel slipped into a crack. I was honestly shocked it didn't hurt myself more than I did. Ended up leaving early.

Disgraceful experience. Would have given zero if that was an option.Our wedding was postponed twice due to covid. We put a deposit down of over $100 in 2020 for some items we needed for our wedding, when the restrictions happened and the wedding got postponed we called this place to see if we could get everything moved to 2021 and they allowed us.Little did we know the pandemic would affect our wedding day yet again and we had to make the decision to postpone again to 2022. Our venue pulled out last minute and we ended up not needing the items we had placed a deposit for as the new venue had these items on hand. However we did want to get something else from this place. They told us we were not able to even use our money they had for the past 2 years towards anything else and that we would have to put down more money if we wanted something.They kept our money after having done nothing for us..... renter beware!

If I could give this place a zero I would.We rented the dance floor for my wedding. The whole entire night we had to keep putting the floor in one huge section together. They didn’t bolt it down properly. My great aunt almost severely injured herself.My mother has had the worst experience with them to try to rectify the situation. They Could not be any ruder and are saying it’s our fault completely. It’s not safe for these people to not be properly installing the dance floor.

I would be very careful with renting party supplies from here, or at-least trying to rent. It was my parents 50th wedding anniversary on the weekend and I had phoned on the Tuesday for linens for the Saturday. Morgan emailed me right away with pricing and availability and I wrote right back. On Thursday I received an email saying they just found my email, they won’t be able to get the linens, have a nice weekend? Who cancels an order on someone and then signs it off…have a nice weekend? So unprofessional and then to blame it on me because I should have called instead? Just beware. I wouldn’t trust them

Had no issues with ABC/John. He was accommodating to all the changes we made in the weeks leading up to the wedding.Everything came timely and in great condition. We rented our table cloths, napkins, cutlery, plates, charger plates and our tables looked beautiful. Thanks!
