Absolutely brutal customer service from older guy working the front desk. Went in looking for some advice on truck accessories and he couldn't be bothered to help.

Awesome customer service. Had a broken piece on my tonneau, went there to get a replacement part thinking I would have to get one ordered in. Luckily they had one in stock in the back and I was able to grab it.Highly recommend to go here.

Shipped open productFirst time ordering with this company. Car module arrived within two days to my door which is fast. But item appears to have been used, box opened, dirty fingerprints on everything. I would be hesitant to order from this company online versus other similar options these days.

Called this location on February 22, 2023, at approximately 10:10 am to inquire about the Curt Echo Wireless Electronic Brake Controller. After the Salesperson checked the stock, I asked for a price. He said it was around $300 and after checking said $405. Big jump from 300 to 405.I asked if the price is final and if I can get a better price. As most of my followers know, I only give the straight factsLast week I went into action truck accessories on king Edward in Winnipeg.I asked the sales guy what he had for suspension shocks for my truck, I was simply told by Nick that my truck was meant to have air ride suspension even though I don’t have air ride and the cost would be around $5000 installed. I just wanted a pair of quick struts for the front and aluminum body shocks for the back on my 2017 Ram 1500 like I saw on their website for about $700 total.I even told Nick I had a caddy and didn’t want to go that route but he insisted that was all they had for me even though I called a couple days earlier and talked one of the other guys and apparently they could help out with what I wanted.The old bait and switch, is anyone honest anymore?

Bought a 2017 Sierra Denali and these guys made my truck exactly how I envisioned it.. Everything from a Tonneau cover, truck bed liner, mudflaps, floormats and a rear seat cover to protect the leather from our 2 dogs.. Thank you very much Action for doing what you do so well!! I will be back!!
