The 30lbs I've gained since discovering this place says I shouldn't rate it 5 stars. My taste buds, however, tell me to leave 5 stars and grab my car keys to pick up more!They sell cake by the slice (or whole) and cookies that have this odd piece of heaven inside.The owner is also lovely and will take time to give you tips on your own baking ideas. 10/10 will return again.... and again.

Ordered the salted caramel chocolate cakelette for my birthday. It was beautiful but we found the buttercream too sweet and too thick of a layer and it overpowered the cake. I think thinner layers would balance the cake more.

Sweet Relief did such an amazing job making our wedding cake! Deidre was so easy to work with and was always timely with responses to our questions. Her cakes are the right balance of richness and not overly too sweet. Along with ourselves, our guests loved the vanilla with raspberry combination. Highly recommend Deidre and her team!

I often order birthday cakes from Sweet Relief. They are always delicious and beautiful. For Thanksgiving I ordered personalized cookies. My family loved this unique addition to our dinner table.

I ordered gender reveal and baby shower sugar cookies from here and they were beautifully done and super yummy - even for a plain sugar cookie! I also ordered a cake after reading tons of positive reviews. I docked a star because of the high price point, compared to other bakeries, and how overly sweet my cake was. While the Oreo filling was tasty, the vanilla cake was quite sugary rather than cakey, and I could only eat half of the 4 layer slice in one sitting. I’ll definitely be back for their creamy cheesecakes and chewy cookies though. I sampled several and you can’t go wrong with any choice!

The cake was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented with the customized birthday message I requested for and came in a very cute box. The ordering process was super easy via their website, excellent communication from the beginning until end of delivery. We really enjoyed the cake and I look forward to ordering more in the future :)

Came across this bakery through research right before exploring downtown Calgary while I was visiting Alberta this past summer and so so happy I did. Fabulous bakery with incredibly kind, welcoming staff and baked goods to match it.The peanut butter and sea salt cookies are delicious - slightly crispy on outside, soft and chewy on the side with incredible flavour, good mixins, balanced and great size. I had to go back before I left for the airport to snag their cake slices and more cookies - I just wish I had bought more or that they could ship to me in Toronto! Mint Oreo and Harry Potter butter beer cake slices were the specials that week and loved them. I’m picky when it comes to frostings and their American buttercream is top notch layered between a moist flavour full cake. The cakes are sweet but I loved them with perfect cake to icing ratio and mixins added the texture element.I recently ordered the Salted Caramel for my sisters birthday and it looked incredible - she said it was delicious!Not to mention the day I was there, the girl who served me was incredibly patient with me as I was so indecisive and offered great recommendations in the area.

Dropped by one time, the lemon cake slices were already sold out. Next time I called first - the lady offered to put one on hold for me... Excellent customer service!! My fav cake slices so far are lemon and Nanaimo bar. Love your cookies too!

This place is out of this world good. The chocolate chip cookie is truly the best I ever had. Quality ingredients. Excellent taste. Lovely staff.By the way…Who is the clown that gave this bakery 1 star? Sounds like he had some kind of fantasy that a cake would fix his marriage problems and it didn’t.
