Dr. Badawi is a fantastic family doctor who has gone above and beyond to make sure my health is taken care of. I can't recommend her enough!

Dr Gilbert is fantastic. I get referred from him to specialist, he ends up being right nearly every-time, and its just a bunch of my time and specialists time spent testing and verifying that his original predication and diagnosis + treatment is/was correct, which of course is standard procedure, but after being to over 6 GP's over the years, never seen one as sharp and intelligent as him.

I have been seeing Doctor Gilbert since I was a kid, probably close to 20 years now. He is the best doctor you could ever ask for. and George in the Pharmacy is fantastic! Though the secretaries can sometimes get on your nerves, the whole place is just run perfectly.

Dr. Gilbert is the best, The receptionists are rude as is the office manager, The clinic needs to get rid of these three! I have asked to have Dr. Gilbert call me so I could complain and they will not give him the message. Disgusting! The doctors there deserve much better!

dont know about DR. Gilbert but DR.DAG ELLAMS should not! be a doctor. she has the audacity to take on more patients when she cant handle work load of her two patients she has now. Always rushing you, can never sign any documents or paperwork you bring her. Never sure about anything!!!! ever!!! only looking for another OHIP cash grab. needed a referal to see specialist wasnt until my 8th visit where i had to demand it in tears( keep in mind im not type to cry) had to ask her if she wanted me to DIE before she opted to help. since having her take over my file from my other doctor who retired she has been nothing less den a nightmare .... DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR UNLESS U WANT TO DIEalso receptionist are very rude . talk your personal medical history in front lobby at top of there lungs so everyone can hear your personal issues . wont return calls or relay any msg even if its life threating theyll tell u call 911 and hang up.

This is one of the best clinics I have been to. The staff there are great and they genuinely care about the health of their patients. Martha was especially helpful and so kind. I generally don't like going to the doctors but Martha made the experience a lot more comfortable. Doctor Gilbert is also one of the most helpful and kindest doctors. I absolutely recommend this clinic.

Dr. Badawi does NOT care for her patients. After months of chronic back pain and not being able to walk, I was told the requisition for a specialist was sent out. After three months of waiting in pain, she tried to tell me specialists were closed (due to a pandemic-which was not true) I instructed her to send out requisitions ASAP and that a number of offices were open and instead of helping her patient she told me to find a new doctor. Someone who has this little care for people should not be a doctor. I have now had back surgery thanks to my new doctor who actually cares and listens to his patients

I am the owner of a reputed clinic in Milton. I went to meet the doctors at Kelso Medical clinic as a means for communication within health professionals. The reception staff- Martha was downright rude and had an awful attitude. She started by saying that I need to bring only hot lunch for the doctors, which I did. But just because the food had to be heated up in the microwave, she gave me attitude, saying that the doctors will not be happy if they have to wait. Despite the fact that I reached there earlier than my scheduled time, just because she did not get her lunch at her expected time, she treated me like dirt. She thought I was some sales manager trying to sell products to the clinic. So she decided to treat me with coldness. She asked me to take my lunch back and claimed that the doctors only give their time, if they get food. And since my food was not ready at the given time ( 15 min later than the expected time ) she said the doctors will not meet with me. I did not realize that in today's day and age, the staff is so starved for free lunches, and if they don't get what they want, they lie through their teeth, give the doctors a bad name just to feel like they are on a power trip. Amazing that this lady is in the health profession business. She is a shame in the name of customer service. Absolutely horrible. And I will definitely not be sending any of my patients to their clinic just because of her awful behaviour.

Dr.Gilbert. best GP family doctor in Ontario. Can be awkward, but that doesn't impact his care. My whole Family benefits from his expertise, experience and common sense.
