Great selection of clothes! Good prices!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jack and Jones to purchase a new pair of jeans, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the outstanding assistance I received from Jamie, one of the store's dedicated staff members. From the moment I stepped into the store, Jamie's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.Jamie's extensive knowledge about the different styles, fits, and brands of jeans was truly impressive. They took the time to understand my preferences and helped me navigate through the vast selection of options available. Their expertise and genuine passion for fashion were evident as they provided insightful recommendations tailored to my personal style. Jamie's attention to detail and ability to match my needs and preferences with the perfect pair of jeans was remarkable.

Just came in from this location. 4 staff members are working one is serving the guest, and one is fixing the clothes. The other two are chatting about the Christmas party and making plans. No one would come and attend me or said hello. I spend about 8 minutes and finally decided walk. Charging premium prices for the product and brand which is available at the bay for discounts. Staff needs training and also need to pay attention to their business.

Shaiq was amazing at giving 10/10 service and going above and beyond. Will be going back there for sure!

3 staff leaning behind the counter talking, couldn't even be bothered to put away the 20 boxes stacked high on the floor in front of them. Had to show myself to the changeroom and even then no one came over. Spent my money 2 doors down at the competitor.
