Jim, also known as James, the owner of First Ascent arrived fully equipped. The boat was loaded with all kinds of arborist gear. Yes, he and his team do island work! We had several tree issues such as clearing the power line trail and dealing with a complicated clump of large towering pines and birch which had entwined themselves dangerously over our deck. Jim climbed each of those trees and with skill and careful tactics, using assorted ropes, pulleys, and chain saws, got the job done. I would definitely recommend First Ascent.

Jim and his partner Rick were amazing. Very large job clearing a fence line through my property. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the job done and how neatly they he left the wood stacked and cleared out of the way.So grateful for the job done!!! Thanks guys!!!
