It’s a beautiful space. Has indoor and covered patio seating. The food was delicious. Definitely up there in price but you’re also definitely paying for the experience with your meal. No regrets.

What a special time we had at our Townhouse lunch! Everyone who works here was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there, especially our server extraordinaire - Kobe! What a rare human. The Michigan Cherry dessert with morello cherry mousse and almond cake was delicious.

Ok...my lackluster review is not necessarily due to them.making bad food. Most people may like it but, I mostly didn't. This is because I am a plain, meat and potatoes guy, not this fancy stuff. Chicken was perfect though. The forbidden rice was kinda bland and portions were small. Way overpriced too IMO. Sorry...cold celery root? No thanks.

I visited for lunch during my work break; it was not over crowded. We sat at the bar and had a drink first - by choice. The bar is huge and beautiful.We were seated in the lovely atrium which is visually spectacular. The natural light offers a comforting relaxing vibe. I ordered the dry aged-burger which was very filling and the caramelized onions made it extra flavorsome. I recommend this restaurant for location, service and because my lunch was scrumptious. I also like that I can see the chefs cooking and interacting with each other.If you work downtown, you can catch a quick bite here and still make it back to work on time.

Service was great and our waiter Koby was friendly and easy going. Food was delicious as well as the vibes were really nice and good for taking photos. Only downside was it was a bit draft even inside and the food did take a long time to come out. The burger was a bit dry but it dry aged so not sure if that was normal. Overall a good experience and perfect date spot.

I recently went to Townhouse, and I hadn’t been there in a couple of years. They went through a full remodel so it looks completely different than it did pre-COVID. The menu is also new. I had the Kibbeh which was great as a shareable plate. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is magical out in the greenhouse area. Definitely recommend dining here if you’re in the Detroit area!

This is a beautifully decorated space with a fresh ambiance. The terrace is lovely to sit on when it’s a nice day. The hostess staff are very polite and accommodating. At the time of our arrival there were maybe 15 people in the restaurant. We did wait an incredible amount of time at our table before ever being able to order drinks so we moved to the bar because we had a couple other places to visit. There were 2 bartenders making drinks. We were 2 of five people sitting at the bar, but still didn’t get acknowledged for several minutes, which felt very uninviting. We understand staffing is difficult these days, but friendliness goes such a long way. It can almost always fix the irritation of a long wait and any other blunders that may occur. In the end, we did get drinks and they were yummy and beautifully made. We will be back. :)

We enjoyed brunch. The service was wonderful and CC took great care of us! We had a large party and the pace was great. Drinks were unique and very good.

The service here was the best I ever had and that made the food even better. Classy was an amazing waiter! Phenomenal. My favorite dish was the Salmon & veggies! The calamari was amazing as well. This place is a vibe too. Great place if you’re in town visiting. Thank you Town House!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Undoubtedly within the top five restaurants I’ve ever been to. From the exceptional customer service, noting how amazing Aiden, David, Harry, and of course our waiter Romeo, all were, to the stunning atmosphere, to the delicious and beautifully presented food and drinks, I could go on and on about this place. Even if I didn’t like the food (which was not the case, it was AMAZING), I would come back just for the customer service. Aiden was so personable and we had a great conversation, David helped us pick ideas for our drink designs and was so upbeat and friendly, Harry made my friends night by saying she was gorgeous and giving her a rose, and Romeo checked back in on us consistently and recommended a few things when we couldn’t decide! Not to mention, my friend ordered a burger well-done, and it came a little bit more on the rare side. However, as soon as we told Romeo, he took it back to the kitchen and got her a new burger VERY quickly and with a smile! Adored this experience, thank you all, I’ll be back for SURE!
