Wonderful atmosphere and amenities. This is a family owned and run business and you feel like family as soon as you pass the front gate. John and Deb are amazing hosts and I would recommend this destination to absolutely anyone!

Mac’s camp is awesome. The site is great and the amenities are amazing. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I rented a boat and fishing gear. We were given info about the lake and were able to go out on our own and explore the area. This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Manitoulin Island.

This place was awesome. Nestled amonst gorgeous trees, close to a beautiful lake. Few bugs for July. Staff were so friendly and facilities were great. Fire wood for one night was pricey though. Would go back for sure

What a great little camp! We stayed in a tent on a nice quiet site. Great prices. Very friendly couple running the place. The cottages looked nice even though we didnt stay in them. The shower and bathroom were very nice. We are hoping to visit again one day.

Had a vacation here with my son. We loved every minuteTwo years later and we're back again! Still a great, family friendly place. We even got the same cabin! My son, fiance, our kitten and I this time!!

Camper cabins are just what we needed. The owners are so sweet and very knowledgeable about fishing, boating, etc. Setting is beautiful! A lot to do on the island and the camp is central to everything! Highly recommend this spot!! Second time here and we will be back again!!

John and his wife were lovely hosts! Beautiful setting, warm welcome and excellent hunting expertise. Many thanks for a wonderful week of hunting :) A great place to spend relaxing time any time of year! The cabins are clean and inviting- you'll leave with wonderful memories.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Mac's Camp. John and his wife have been wonderful hosts and the campground is just stunning. A little piece of paradise right on the lake!

Every year my family takes a vacation to Mac's Camp (my family has been making trips here since the 70s). It's a wonderful family and dog friendly place. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, yet secluded vacation. The other campers are always kind, and the people who run the camp are even nicer. I would give it more than five stars if possible!
