The food was OK, the service was definitely lacking as she never wait on us like other waitress do in the area, and it was noisy not really a place to take a family .

Jenny's Bar & Grill
A nice atmosphere but a bit noisy for some reason, and staff was over worked. Very limited selection of microbrews too. The veggie burger was delicious.

Jenny's. I've been meaning to go here my whole life. I've driven by so many times as I'm sure you have. It was mid-morning and I was getting my car repaired so I decided to walk over and have some breakfast. Standard eggs over easy. It hit the spot and the coffee was okay. The place was pretty empty at this point of the day. It's quite a big establishment. I was able to sit in a booth at the front by the big windows which was nice. Breakfast was a reasonable price but there's an odd $0.50 surcharge if you use debit. Friendly attentive staff. Maybe I'll have dinner here sometime.

The last of this class of establishments. Mic Mac Tavern, Midtown Tavern, Resolutes, Charlies Pub ... and Jenny's. Say them all with the same breath. Cheap beer, great pub grub, excellent staff. Watch the game, shoot some darts. Never buy the fries, always buy the roasties. Jenny's burger is solid.

An appropriate spot for lunch during a very quick 30-hour trip in and out of Halifax. I spent much of my early adult life at this wonderful neighbourhood pub. The food is always perfect...staff always welcoming. The Western Sandwich was recommended by a friend...I was NOT disappointed.

I am a professional chef and been eating there for years.. my wife loves their Jenny burger and their pan fried haddock.. I usually get their fish and chips or wings and of course a few pints.. awesome vibe and great service.. I highly reccomend Jenny's the next time you decide to go out for a meal and a good time.

Had a chicken burger that was so-oo good! My hubby had the Jenny burger and he slso loved his. Would definitely come again. Homemade chocolate pie....yum.

Another excellent pub for locals my age (45-60). Been around for decades because it's excellent! Cold brews, hot wings, sports on the screens, and best of all... outstanding local servers!
