Just notice i'm not the only one being very disappointed about this company. Poor service, very confused staff, not professional at all, at the end this is not a good way to keep a business alive. I took appointment for maintenance, they give me a date, day off at work to be home and they didn;t show up. in the mean time I received at lease 3 calls and being asked if I need service. As I said, very disorganized company, last time I deal with them and I don;t recommend this company for anyone.

We have been customers since moving to Saint-Lazare 4 years ago. From day one they have been great and offering excellentservice. Always courteous and and friendly. Competitive prices and always doing there best to match or better the price of propane of their competitors. Highly recommend.F. Barillaro

We have been dealing with Pétrole Léger for over 30 years and never had a problem.They always gave us excellent friendly service for all of our heating needs at competitive prices . We are totally satisfied and we highly recommend them.

I am beyond disappointed with the lack of forthrightness of Pétrole Leger. We called over a week ago for an oil delivery and now 8 days later still no delivery. We have contacted the company 5 times by phone and once in writing and still they cannot commit to a delivery date (we had been told 3 times that they were coming and then on Tuesday of this week we were told that they would be in Kirkland on Wednesday for the scheduled deliveries). As their customer (we purchased our heating system from them) you would think they would offer a certain level of customer service but obviously they do not value customer loyalty.

This company has the worst customer service. We booked a technician to come fix our air conditioner. Our doorbell does not work, and we told them to knock, and if we don't answer to call my cell phone. Two times the technician passed and just put a note without calling my cell phone. They didn't even knock on the door. I have three dogs so believe me if they knocked I would have known. When I call they are absolutely useless. They told me that the technician does not have time to read the notes or to call his clients. If the technician does not read the notes and what does he know to fix? I work for service dispatch quality control for hvac. Believe me, if my agents spoke to clients like this, they would have been written up.The service agent even told me that my husband okay for them to come the next day. My husband sitting next to me he never agreed to this.I'm canceling my oil contract with them.You're out 2 days, pay for being home to wait for them.

Been a customer for many years . Their service has been prompt and efficient. I recently had a question on the gauge on the oil tanks and the issue was addressed promptly and staff was very knowledgeable and courteous - thank you

We had a heating oil agreement for close to 2 years and the service was impeccable. Fast and reliable oil tank refills. Friendly staff. Thank you for keeping us warm while we lived in Terrasse-Vaudreuil. Cheers!

changed to Petrole Leger after my local company closed their furnace oil service. Their service - customer, accounting and especially their delivery service is 5 stars- courteous, fast and very attentive to the customer's needs.Bravo Leger!

Received an email from management within 10 minutes of writing the below explaining that they are overwhelmingly trying to deliver to all clients & that dispatcher has been notified & 1st truck in area will deliver my oil!! I guess emails work better than calls!I have been a client for at least 5 years. I realized that I was out of oil due to extreme cold weather. Called them on Friday & they said delivery on the way. Called Saturday morning & they said delivery on the way. Called Saturday afternoon & they said truck is on the road. Called Saturday night & they had no clue what i am talking about. Called again Sunday & got hung up Up On 3 times up to now. The person's answers asks for me to wait & then after 10~20 minutes on hold, hangs up.I explained every time that I have kids at home & it is cold. Please try to improve your service if you want to keep your clients.
