Sparkling Clean Laundry - 24/7 HRS

I am amending my original review due to the positive response from one of the partners of Sparkling Clean Laundry. Cleanliness is still an issue, but not as bad as it was a month or so ago, but that said, EVERYONE needs to do their part and pick up their own dryer sheets and USE THE TRASH BINS PROVIDED. I am tired of picking up after other patrons' deliberate and rude littering (I too, am a patron). My money was refunded promptly and one of the owners/partners assured me he would go to have a look at the machines which broke down right after the washing cycles started, so that's good. Still, the web site mentions brand new machines and refreshments, but the machines there have been there all the years I've used that laundromat. PERHAPS the motors and interior parts are new, I don't know, but the exteriors are the same. I did suggest they consider swapping or adding at least 2 mid-sized machines to accommodate for patrons not needing 5-loaders, but needing larger than single-loaders. THANK YOU to the owner/partner who responded professionally and promptly to my pleas for assistance! 5 stars will appear when the laundromat is just a little more reflective of the web site's description of ammenities.

The one good thing was that this place is 24/7. however during my visit it was extremely dirty and all the machines are older ones it appears. One of the washers ate my money without adding water but spun...another washer I used I found what looked like parts of a latex condoms and a bandaid in the rubber door seal(not mine and I certainly did rewash in a different machine after I found that) about 6-10 machines said out of order on them. Well over 20 dryer sheets scattered on the floor, dirt and leaves all over floor too. The dryers took about 45 minutes which I've never seen before. There is also no bathroom.

This place has completely transformed! The new owners are warm and friendly and have made significant improvements - the place is now very clean and the machines are in good working order!The customer WiFi also is a great amenity. I will most definitely continue to do my laundry here

It's fantastic the laundry machine are spat less I recommend for everyone to go there

You guys really have to update your cleaning and sanitizing of the area...lately it was not clean and some people just leave their used fabric softener on the floors and I could see some lint and dirt around the washers..it is really disgusting and one more thing...the dispenser for the plastic bag will take your coins but won't dispense the product.

I come here often to do my laundry and have noticed a few changes over the last few months.Definitely way more cleaner than before. . and the new management has finally replaced the broken washers with brand new machines.Free WiFi is a definite plus.. Netflix and laundry ;)

First time there and it was a horrible experience. Half the washing machines are broken, but only one had a sign. So, I did my laundry and then had to do it over again, and waste another 3/4 of an hour waiting. The attendant said she left at 9pm, so she left machines with water pooled in them, broken, dry detergent in them, because that was what I saw when I was in there at 9:30pm. All those broken machines could have, at the very least, had a sign on them before she left and nothing was done. The didn't all break down in 30 minutes after she left.Other people were losing their money in the machines while I was waiting as well.I don't care that they will email me the money - it was a huge waste of my time that I won't be paid for.People are in there without masks on too.Horrible all round.

Dirty floors, could not put my laundry hamper down onto it knowing it would soon have to touch my CLEAN apartment floor. I have an off-white carpet at home, that will not appreciate me bringing home a dirty-bottomed hamper. BARELY ANY WATER IN THE WASHING MACHINES my detergent pods didn’t melt. NOT ONE POD MELTED out of the 6 that I used between two machines. When I noticed the lack of water in the machine after it began…I packed up the rest of my laundry and stored it in my car. I’ll find another location and finish my laundry another day, forget this place. If the pods don’t melt whats the point?

I don't know what this lady (Vanessa Simone) is talking about, my wife and I been doing laundry in this place for almost 11 years now and haven't had any issues to date. Refund is there when we request with proof that its not our fault, just a compromise with the time. Maybe she doesn't know how to use the machines and stick to his basement apartment amenities. Everytime we do laundry, we see a lot of the regulars that keep coming back on a weekly basis.
