I had a great experience shopping for my new phone at this location and received FANTASTIC service from Brittni, the sales associate. Brittni went out of her way to help me figure out which plan and phone were best for me and that fit within my budget. She also worked to ensure the final price included as many discounts as possible, which allowed me to purchase an even better device than expected. I will definitely be returning to this Mobile Shop for a great customer service experience when I need my next device! Thanks Brittni!

Not a good experience. I signed a contract Nov 24th for 2 new lines with Fido. This came with 2 new phones. The phones I selected were not in stock and had to be brought in from other locations. No problem. Received a call on the weekend saying phones were in but could not do data transfer on the weekend. Showed up on Monday Nov 28 to pick up the phones and have the data transfer done. I was informed that they were not doing data transfer and was told to come back Tuesday Nov 29 to do the transfer. Why was I not informed when I sign the contract that data transfer could not to done until this sales was over?

They have all those fake phones on display, but they actually only have one phone. 1 phone? What? Really one phone. Unbelievable! Waste of time!

I received exceptional customer service from Brittni. She made the whole experience easy and pain free. Brittni compared plan and phone pricing and got me the best deal. She also helped me with a full data transfer, so I left with a fully functioning phone with all of my info on it. Thanks for going the extra mile, Brittni!

I had the best experience with PC mobile, Brittany who was helping me was extremely helpful and friendly. More store employees should be like her. If you need a phone I highly recommend you go there. She answered all my questions. Excellent customer service thank you Brittany :)

He helped me resolve an issue that I've spent far to long trying to sort out myself. If it wasn't for his help I'd still be in the same predicament. He literally saved the day.Thank You Taylor

This was my first time buying a phone through The Mobile Shop and not straight from Apple. Brittni was so so knowledgeable and helped me get the very best deal on the phone and plan. I was blown away by the Black Friday deals, and I’m not sure that I’ll ever buy a new phone another way!

Having issues with sim card. I live out in the country. Drove to town as when I called automated message said they are open till 7:00 (even though website says 8:00). Got there at quarter to six and no one there. Waited till 6:30, no one appeared. Two other people joined me waiting. Staff in Loblaws paged but that didn't work. Left really ticked off. Costs me about $5 in gas just to drive there. No sign saying closed early or anything. Just an empty store, but all the computers were off.
