Technician was friendly and understood the problem promptly. I Had the same problem fee years ago on another of my unit (same model), while it took the other tech like 3 hours, this one did it in less that 1.

Overall I had a positive experience with my first AC installation.

The person who came for the diagnostic gave great service but the job wasnt complete and I was told I would be contacted to coordinate further repairs. I was not contacted, I called and emailed multiple times and no one got back to me. So 3 weeks later my air cirulculator is still broken and I paid a diagnostics. I previously delt with them for my AC and it was great.

Mauvais service !!! Lors de l'appel téléphonique pour le rendez vous d'entretien de mon climatiseur mural, il était entendu que le coût du nettoyage (unité intérieure et extérieure) serait de 240$ + taxes ou 340$ + taxes si vraiment sale. Installation de mon climatiseur octobre 2020. Utilisation été 2021 et été 2022. Le nettoyage a été fait sur l'unité extérieure SEULEMENT . Le technicien m'a mentionné que l'unité intérieure n'avait pas besoin d'être nettoyée. (sur l'appel de service est écrit que J'AI DEMANDÉ DE NETTOYER UNIQUEMENT L'EXTÉRIEUR) FAUT !!! Le technicien est resté à peine 20 minutes et le coût: 333,43$. À l'avenir, je vais prendre une autre compagnie que Tran Climatisation pour l'entretien de mon climatiseur !!!!

Purchased a heat pump and three interior units. Had a great experience. Very knowledgeable sales team, a professional and tidy installation crew, and a responsive admin backend. Highly recommend.
