Great store, wonderful products & professional staff. I want to thank Kirsten for her help & kindness. As a new mother in her new mom body, I was self conscious and clueless regarding bras and shapewear. Kirsten went above & beyond- measured me, brought all of the sizes, made sure I was happy & comfortable, etc. Thank you for making a stressful shopping trip enjoyable & for giving this mama some support & confidence.

The prices have gone up but this is the best place for feminine products. The staff as always was good and attentive. The only hiccup was my Venngo discount was not accepted.

I love this location. The staff here are amazing , very knowledgeable about their products, and very helpful in helping us find the perfect bras. I was in this store today, and bought my first swimsuit from this company. I was amazed at how much attention I received. The feedback and support I got was nothing but professional. This is very important especially when it comes to buying swim wear. Thank you for helping me find the best suit for me!

Had a wonderful experience today. around 5pm I came in to shop for a bra. I havent bra shopped in years, and was not sure of my size.I Was helped by a very nice girl, unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was very kind and helpful, made me feel comfortable as I didn't know what I wanted. She made my shopping experience a wonderful one. I will be back!

Awful customer service! Unpleasant, towards skin color or Hijab wearing customers. Discrimination seems to be lingering in this store. As I was browsing in the store one of the workers kept close to me and very obviously keeping eye on me. After the purchase cashier saidunfortunately we are out of bags" and I carried my under garments in my hands .No bags at an Outlet atleast they could have wrapped the undergarments! Such behaviors in this era after so much awareness are pitiful and narrow minded !"

Absolutely disgusting service. Was not greeted but given a stare as my mom and I walked in. One associate walked over and said “20 minutes until closing.” Yes, we were aware of that when we walked in and knew what we wanted. In the middle of gathering my stuff, another associate came chiming in “15 minutes ladies.” Didn’t need that much reminder. I understand you guys want to run out at 9 exactly, but we’re not coming in there for free - we are paying customers too. Will never come here again as this felt like a target against us as others in the store didn’t get that reminder.

I can’t even begin to express how incredible Christina’s service was today. I was doing some last-minute shopping for a trip and was incredibly stressed, I didn’t even have to ask her for help, she was so helpful, thoughtful, and took so much initiative to make sure that I had everything I needed, she went above and beyond, and that’s an understatement. Not only is this the best service I have ever received at La Vie en Rose, but it is the best service I have received at a retail store for at least 10 years. I tried to tell her manager, but she wasn’t in so I asked for her name, Lana, this girl deserves a promotion!
