Incredibly professional, wonderful to work with.

Stay away if you respect yourself. As someone else has mentioned here as well, a terrible place to work. They are disrespectful and they use impolite and rude language. That’s why people don’t work for them for long. For a 30 yr old company, majority of their employees are new, and it is in constant change! If you have fallen for that stereotype that Canadians are polite, think again!

Terrible place to work. I worked there around 12 13 years ago or so and when you sign your paper work they pressure you if not force you to choose a charity to donate to that gets deducted from your pat cheque. I think that is extremely ethical wrong when you're paying just above minimum wage and making people give up what little money to a charity so they can write it off.

Initially made a consultation appointment was told I would be getting a discount as it was off season. I had to reschedule the consultation. Hadto reschedule again as my wife is in quarantine was told that the off season pricing would not apply. Horrible customer service and the woman was very rude.

The staff that I dealt with at Phantom Screens were professional and friendly. Meticulous installation of the screen doors in our house.Edit: Their after sales warranty service has been amazing!

Friendly and efficient service. I sent a contact us email to them on a Monday and they responded within minutes. After a few emails back and forth I booked an install which took place on Thursday the week after. The installer contacted me before he arrived and was right on time. He was very friendly and completed the job quickly while stair maintaining great service and professional quality. I would highly recommend Phantom Screens to anyone for jobs big and small.

I had a major issue with an installer -- they botched the installation and left it incomplete for almost a year. They left us in the lurch for months at a time, apologizing (for that) when we initiated contact, but then repeating the behaviour. They did not seem to want to take any responsibility or admit any wrong. They wanted to press forward with the installation, despite knowing the screens could not be installed (and remain affixed and operable) per their original plans. At a loss for what to do, I contacted Phantom Screens HQ. The first person I spoke with was great, but did not have the authority to address our issue. When they forwarded our issue to the business development team (BDT) our situation became more frustrating. The BDT did not seem to read the email I had been asked to send explaining the problem in full, nor did they seem to listen to what I was saying. They wanted to remain “neutral” despite being presented with dates, times, pictures, and videos – i.e. tangible evidence of my issues. They claimed that they had no power over phantomscreenseast.com, as he is an individual operator and not a representative. Aside from the name of the website indicating that he does, in fact, represent them, there is also the 1-800 number on the main Phantom Screens website which puts me in direct contact with phantomscreenseast.com (when called from my area code). Ultimately, I got my deposit refunded after CC’ing the VP of the BDT on an email which reiterated my issues, but it was a horrible experience dealing with this company, other than the reasonable and common sense person who answers their phones.

Great experience! Installer showed up on time, worked very efficiently and price was as quoted.
