Mark's

If there was an option to give ZERO, that would be my rate. I cannot believe that a Cashier like Natasha (81166 Natasha ) is working at Mark's. She was so rude, when I entered the store, I said Hi and she looked at me and said: What do you want here?? I was shocked, she didn't even say hi to me. I asked her I am looking for the medium size of HH t-shirt, and without bothering herself and even without having an eye-contact, she said whatever we have is on the table. I was like do you have anything at the back, in stock? She goes: I SAID IT IS WHAT IT IS. I said ok, so I went and grabbed the large t-shirts, and I wanted to use some coupon for BOGO and she showed attitude to me, as she said I don't think it is going through. I said would you please scan my coupon and check it? She showed attitude again and with anger she scanned my coupon, guess what, it went through. I had another coupon by doing a survey and she was reluctant to scan it, but I insisted and she said: I don't this time is going to work, and it worked again. At the end she was so furious about what I asked for. I am not gonna come back to this store any more. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

This is in my opinion one of the best locations. It's a pretty big store with a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. I bought a couple Carhartt jackets which are of high quality materials and construction. They should Last me a lifetime. I absolutely love them. And for 25% off i saved quite a few bucks. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Went in to purchase cargo pants,they didn't have the size I wanted ,but the employee that helped me was excellent,she went above and beyond,if I had the power to do so this young lady would get a bonus or a raise. She is definitely a top of the line employee. She called around to several other stores to help me find my purchase,but none could me found. She suggested that I order them on line. So fingers crossed I might be able to find them. Thank you again lovely lady at Mark's

It's a nice place to buy branded items even safety clothing and shoes are cheaper than other stores.

We haven't been here in a long time, so when we went it looked different but in a good way. My husband likes to shop here because he has a hard time finding pants that fit. There was a woman with an European accent who was very nice and super helpful. She not only found pants that fit but also went the extra mile to help us find them online as certain sizes can only be ordered online which I find odd. Definitely will come back to this location and shop here. Thank you.

I haven’t been shopping regularly at marks but the few occasions Recently were amazing, super professional and super friendly all the staff from cashiers to manager.They really go out of their way to help you, I find many retail stores really lost that standard.I have been to this location and the orfus rd location same high standards.This location didn’t have the boot in stock and with out me asking they right away checked other nearby locations. On top of checking stock on the computer they also called the other location to get a visual as the computer only said 1 was available so they politely asked to hold until tomorrow for entire day for me.Normally retail stores don’t do it unless we ask them to check or call, some don’t even call for us to hold. I can say much about the quality in the 3 boots I purchased recently because we haven’t worn them through the winter yet.But so far they seem comfortable.I wanted to try the winter boot with the anti ice slipping soles, ICEFX I hear it should slip much slower. Can’t wait to test them out. They have sand paper feeling to some parts of the sole and another part looks like glass stones.

Most marks are the same. They have their standards.Self service is key here. As no one approach while I was shopping for work shoes almost 40 minutes.I got the shoes I wanted. The checkout was helpful and friendly.Lots of parking and many other leading chain stores adjacent areas. Also the stockyards mall is across the street.

Went here on boxing day. It's was nice, clean but not too busy. The sales were great. Nice customer service, multiple people helped us when we needed help. Place is clean and hygienic for covid-19. The one customer service lady remembered us from last time we went there. I would definitely advise people to go now for shopping for the sales of 70% off. I was walking away with spending $10 on very soft PJs that were worth $35.
