The salesman that I dealt with was very helpful and the staff was very friendly. There was lots of vehiclesfor me to look through and the manager did his best to get me the best deal with financing. I would recommend Pacific Motors to anyone and definitely go back for my next vehicle.

I am only posting a brief comment/review/experience with my purchase of a vehicle at pacific motors. The staff is very nice and it's a very friendly family business as the many reviews indicate. I belief it's important to warn customers that this business is selling unsafe and clearly not inspecting the quality of internal and the mechanical parts at all. With many reviews that I have heard is a quick car wash to clean your new purchase will result more paint removal and loss than dirt loss. I am not intending to discredit this business whatsoever but a clear message and heads up to future customers to do very throughly inspect any purchase of a vehicle at this business.Not sure how to reply to your reply of your statement to email you Jase. I have sent numerous emails and I have personally spoke to you as well. You are pushing through unsafe vehicles in order to speed up the profits you or your company desires.This is out of your league for sure. If u wish to become the future owner/president of this company then my advice would be to ask your sister to help you now because you do need her and she is too smart and professional for her own good I think and very impressive and still is. My mother still likes her but is not at all happy or safe for the vehicle you sold us which was paid in a bank draft for the asking price and we're hopefully not too bothersome to your family or uncle when leaving a deposit on yhe debit machine in the lunch room.Sorry Jase this is a very serious problem that I believe has to be known to the public and after I have never spoken negatively about Pacific motors just spoke about what happened to our vehicle and have heard only two other individuals who had purchased there with very poor experiences and vehicles that were unrelated to ours but nonetheless negative.J

Had a great experience with Brian King and his staff at Pacific Motors. I had a general idea of the type of car and van I was looking for, and Brian took the time to understand my requirements and tracked down the right vehicles for my family. Jase did an excellent job explaining all the paperwork.We're loving our Accord and Odyssey.I love the feel of the family business. Highly recommended!!

I am very pleased with my experience so far with my interactions with Pacific Motors. The sales people were very friendly and showed us the vehicle we were interested in, and offered us an alternative to look at. They walked us through everything very carefully and efficiently.The service personnel were very helpful and helped us out when had a service issue on the road, and talked me through how to correct it, right over the phone. I was in the market for a used truck and found myself at Pacific Motors looking over their inventory. Their vehicles were all in such fantastic shape it actually made choosing one a bit difficult, lol. Beyond the quality vehicles the staff, particularly Dave Lewis, were phenomenal to deal with. There was no pressure at all and they were very accommodating with requests for fitting in test drives that worked for my schedule. When I did settle on a truck I wanted to buy they negotiated fairly, including properly valuing my trade-in and stood by their word taking care a couple of small details that popped up after my purchase. I'll be honest, I don't write reviews often but my experience with Pacific Motors was first rate from start to finish and worthy of a minutes of my time to type a few words of praise. Hopefully if you're reading this you'll consider bringing them your business in thanks & recognition for the excellent service and vehicle I received.

I would just like to say that I couldn't be happier or more pleased with the purchase of my 2017 GMC Sierra yesterday,Saturday Nov.26 2022..Jase was absolutely a pleasure to deal with & made my first experience of purchasing a vehichle from Pacific Motors truly a great experience!!With my Dad being there also,he was quite impressed with Jase to the point that my Dad will be buying another diesel for himself in the near future from Jase..In closing I just want to thank you again Jase for the really great deal you gave me on my truck & it was a pleasure to do business with you.I also will be coming back to you when I am looking for another truck!!I just want to add because to me,this is an important factor that can make or break a deal for me..Jase was not pushy or annoying trying to sell me the truck..He let me take it for a nice drive,look at it & answered any questions I had..Was in no way pushy or like those greasey sales people,just a real straight guy that was truly great to deal with!! I just bought a truck from pacific motors . They where nice to see my money but after I drove off the lot and had a lot of problems with the truck a day later ,they didn't want to help or do anything for me except take me money and sell me a piece of junk .. dents big ones in the roof of the truck. I didn't see till I got home . Mr Brian King the owner promised avery thing would be takin care of then dropped the ball and treated me like dirt under his shoes ...... truck is a couple two months old and I had to replace my rear brakes and rotors . I'm guessing the safety was a one eye look around and no measuring rotors or pads . Went through the rain and multiple engine code ,ABS codes .. all I can say is don't buy from here . Because after spending 40 thousands I shouldn't have to spend any more money! At least not right after I bought the truck. Better business is not what they do .. the press is the next stop to stop thease ppl from ripping anymore ppl off .. they should have a negative star list they would get a guaranteed -5 on my books

I've bought a few vehicles both for work and personal use from pacific. I will never shop elsewhere, they are honest about car sales.They stand by their product and price fairly. Pacific does not pressure or hassle customers.There is a strong sense of family business at Pacific and they welcome you in as though you were visiting their home. The vehicles are good quality and price and they have earned my consumer loyalty.

I purchased a used vehicle for the first time at a dealership and had the most relaxed experience during a pandemic no less. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and setup everything with the vehicle so I could just pick it up and drive home as they believe their location to be out of the way for me lol. A quality family run business that I would have no hesitation in recommending to others or visiting again if I ever need another vehicle. They also followed up to insure I was still satisfied and that everything was working out for me. Top marks
