I saw a little puddle under my refrigerator. Amazingly, I called Max, and they arrived in the afternoon. All of the rubber items needed to be cleaned, and now everything is operating as intended. To ensure that the freezer operates properly, the technician took his time defrosting everything. I was able to save a ton of money because the water didn't reach the basement.

I have an old KitchenAid fridge that died. The tech came, checked everything and after some time he suggested we get a different fridge. We were prepared for this as the fridge was very old and we felt that this is time to replace - we were super happy to realize that we could purchase an open-box (virtually new) fridge from Max Appliances. They tool the old one, brought the new one, connected, tested and we are super happy that this could be done in 1 day. Thank you guys!
