Kidssentials - Nutritious Hot Lunch Programs For Schools In The GTA

My son loves his Kidssentials lunches, and I love the break I get!

Portions are rather small for the price.They are also not replying to my email and phone call.

Seem like nice people.

Disappointed that they cancelled my kids meal and when I called the lady on the phone was rude. I did not get any cancellation email and they were educating me on the policy I signed up for.

Horrible service. Lack of accountability. Accusatory. Their system did not process my daughters lunch - when I noticed I emailed them right away (less than 24 hours from the deadline). And instead of investigating what happened, they accused me of forgetting to order, ignoring reminding emails and then proceeded to ignore my emails and calls. I told them I was travelling for work and if there is something that can be done and they continued to ignore me. Now I have to scramble to find another catering company or then cut my work trip short. DONT USE THEM THEY ARE AWFUL. And they pretend they serve “healthy” lunch but they can’t even use whole wheat pasta. They are expensive, the quality is sub par and not even healthy and now they don’t even provide good service so it’s a “run away” review from me.
