We had a phenomenal experience choosing our carpet and tile from Georgian Design. Everyone on the team was so helpful and friendly in store! Plus, the install of our carpet was smooth and faster than I though possible. Mike worked diligently and created a seamless finish.

For weeks I had been searching for light fixtures online and in showrooms with discouraging results. Items were either out of stock or of very poor quality for the price point. In addition, deadlines with my contractor were looming so these glitches were causing incredible stress. When I visited Georgian Design Centre I had the luxury of looking through their incredible display of light fixtures. Kristine then touched base to assist me and asked key questions to ensure she had an understanding of my space before making recommendations. She listened carefully to my requests, directed me to several options and also shared information which I had not previously considered. Before I left the store she had checked with the manufacturers to determine delivery dates, and had placed the order. I couldn't believe it...in that one visit, a huge burden had been lifted. If you're looking to have a backsplash supplied and installed call Georgian. They have countless samples to select from and the advice and suggestions we received from Joel made a difficult decision painless. On the installation side Gary and Dustin were truly phenomenal - very meticulous in their approach. Above all the price was very fair and competitive. Great product, great installation and great customer service. Highly recommended!

The staff were patient and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. They were patient as we made our choices and were amazing at helping us scheduling all the updates and changes. From our floors, bathrooms and painting needed to be done, they were great at making sure everything got done on time and on budget. They also have new products coming in, which makes it a great place to come in on a regular basis to see everyone and see the new products.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable about the product and very skilled at laying carpet on difficult stairs. We were away at the time of installation and he handled everything including moving some furniture for us. Everything was done and perfect when we returned. One of the best experiences we have had. Highly recommend.

Mike, Jim and Chris did an awesome job removing old carpet and installing new product today. The crew were on time, courteous, professional and left the job site neat and tidy. The carpet looks great and the craftmanship and attention to detail are second to none. I will be using the Georgian Design Centre crew for my next carpet and tile project. SS

Visited here today. Besides the house being pretty strange, 9 to 5 and not open on weekends they had some great stuff at very reasonable prices. After seeing Toronto prices these are much better. I’ll be returning again to perhaps buy some lighting. This was a quick stop for me today. They were also pretty helpful

(edit: The response makes me laugh knowing the situation and the inaccuracy of how they are describing the details. My criticism is the poor social skills and rude service. If you do look at the poor reviews, you will see their responses tend to be something along the lines of “it’s not us it’s you”.)I went in looking for advice on a light that was not working and was low-grade insulted by the guy there. Seriously poor social skills. He didn’t even take the time to listen or look before making judgements which turned out to be wrong. I also stopped at City Electric Supply and they were way more knowledgeable and helpful.
