I started coming here when I needed a colour correction done from a botched job elsewhere on the advice of a friend, and Anica was phenomenal. She fixed the colour and ensured I left happy with the results. She is a colour master, and always takes the health of your hair into account and gives great advice on how to keep it looking its best. I have not found anyone else who does colour as well, and that along with the service and atmosphere mean that I look forward to every appointment I have here!

I had a great experience here! I got a prompt polite response to my appointment request on the web site. Ceilidh listened to my concerns and gave me a great haircut that will work very well with my lifestyle. I will definitely be back!

Great experience with Crystal-Lee on my wavy/curly hair. I went from butt to shoulder length with bangs. She listened and advised well. She was gentle, had a calm demeanour and adapted to my needs. I was thoroughly impressed with the outcome, which is extremely rare for me. 10/10 would go again.

I love the salon, warm and contemporary. Anica gave me an amazing hair cut, she took her time and approached it with method and fine tuned all the details. She also cut my mom's hair and for the first time in 10 years, my mom has been happy with the results of hair salon in Ottawa. Anica is very talented and she does her job with gusto. Love love love Modmop. I have been seeing Crystal-Lee McConnell for years now for my colour and cut. She is so talented and has a wonderful personality to match. She knows what she is doing when it comes to hair. She is such an amazing person inside and out. It's truly a great experience with her all around. She really takes her time to listen to what you are looking to get done, I now just go in and tell her to do whatever she wants and I always LOVE it. She knows exactly what I want, I think she might read my mind at times lol.I love the fact that she always goes above and beyond to fit me in to meet my busy travelling schedule, even if it means her having to stay late. I highly recommend Crystal, she is always smiling and welcoming !
