The place was super busy. If you are in a rush you may want to consider going somewhere else. The washrooms were dirty. Staff were very nice though

This morning I ordered 2 sausages combo 1 on muffin 1 on breakfast bread but both came on breakfast bread. The break was hard as a brick. My 2 XL hot chocolate were just L in a XL cup and the potatoes were cold and there was eggshells in my eggs. Nice place for ppl that want to have a bad morning.

I went to Québec City to enjoy the carnival and see the sights for the first time, I stopped by here to pick up some coffee while I was visiting and the people there were very kind when they saw that I was exhausted from my long day of sightseeing. I definitely recommend visiting while in town because of their friendly service. Plus the carnival passed right in front of the store, so I didn't have to go anywhere!

Can y'all use non scented hand sanitizer for the customers... when eating all i can taste is lavender or whatever perfume's in there and it's absolutely disgusting.

Always a great place to go grab a coffee and snack. However staff needs to pay better attention to the quality and orders.
