Her gluten free lemon cupcake is absolutely heavenly(I still have people reaching out to me raving about them to me even one month later), deliciously moist with the perfect balance of tart and sweet. The cake is a classic vanilla, rich with all the essence of vanilla that makes your head swoon in delightOur event took place the same week Hurricane Fiona hit- stuck down in Florida and no flights available, Renee made the drive back with two kids in tow just to be back in time to cater.This woman deserves her own show on the Food Channel, as a chef myself(on the savoury side)I can say Cake Me Home will be my go-to for all sweet things cateredThanks again, Renee :x
