Great experience, very professional, Paul was very accommodating had the tires in stock didn't have to make appointment even though they were very busy put the tires on while we waited and as a bonus had the best price in town. We will bring our truck next week. Very professional business.

Can't even do a simple changeover without breaking tire pressure sensors, absolute joke of a shop. Heard garbage about them previously but decided they couldn't screw this up and the price was good. Should of paid the extra couple dollars elsewhere, wouldn't of had to replace a $60 dollar sensor. Don't waste your time or money.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Had my tires changed over last week and they were fast and friendly and fair. When I did have an issue that may not have even had anything to do with their work, they took care of it for me quickly and at no charge to me. I was so impressed with the service and professionalism. So much appreciated!

this is the first time ever I give such a low rating of a place. went there for sunroof repair because some friends told me the hourly rate is lower there. well, the quality or I would say the competence is also low I guess. They finally told me the sunroof could not be repaired and they broke the driver sun visor and the passenger handle bar as well as the rear lights cover. And they just refunded me the full amount but left all those mess there to myself. they said no more work will be performed because they have refunded the full amount. now I have to spend hundreds to repair all this. And what is even worse that the owner keeps saying fxxking or asshxle to me who have a language barrier there. It's painful to remember all this but I still write it down to let all of you guys know about this place and this owner.

I had high hopes when I brought my car to Ord Road Automotive to fix the check engine light, gasoline return, and shaking engine issues. However, my experience was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite paying a hefty $600, none of the problems were resolved. I strongly advise against using this shop for car repairs.

My wife and I needed another vehicle, so we went to Ord Road Automotive. Found a Dodge Ram 1500 and she wanted it lol. So we bought it for cash...had an issue with it not starting the day after got it home. These guys were on the case asap. Found the ground cable wasn't in the best of shape and repaired it in record time. I'd recommend Ord Automobiles to anyone. These guys are awesome, friendly and know what they are doing for a fraction of the price you would normally pay anywhere else. Thank you Ord Automobiles.

Be aware of these guys. Do your research first. I took my truck in as well as my girlfriend's car and both were not properly fixed. Had to go to another shop to fix the issues. Please do not believe all Facebook comments. They are filtering all comments. Safety first

I've used ORA a few times. Good service, good prices. Need your brakes done? Order the parts on Rock Auto and get them to do it, saved over $300.

Ord Automotive team are splendid, i got my car from Paul based on referrals and have stuck with them. They handle my services, fixes and tires change. The team are timely and work towards customer, satisfaction. They try to accommodate and work with your budget or provide alternative solutions when necessary.They have good customers service.
