I had called the store to look for 2 types of hats that I found online to see if they were in stock, as well as some other questions. I had spoken to Leo regarding my inquires. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful! He went above and beyond to help me and was very patient. Although they didn't have the exact hat I was looking for, he gave me great alternatives. He provided excellent customer service and I would happily shop at this location again.

Been coming here to this location for year's, all good customer service but after revamping my business over a year ago have been mainly dealing with Tennessee, her customer service is what I look for everywhere, she always goes beyond my expectations, knows the work and product VERY WELL. Coming here to do a big batch of winter hats soon. Thank you Tennessee. R1 Welding.

Lids is not the place where you can find a lid for your bottle. Instead, like a cup of coffee, you need a complete set of equipment. You need the container to be round (to distribute the weight better), with a handle and a lid, or they’re not really cups or bottles. And I’m not talking about an insulated travel mug that you put milk in. Lids are very specific and so is the glassware that they’re made from.

I recently visited to have a hat embroidered. I was lucky enough to meet employee Emanuel who went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He was patient with all my questions and was extremely helpful. There aren't many people like him in the customer service industry. He should be recognized for his outstanding service. He would make an amazing store manager.

Picked up a Bulls hat off a sale table as i walked in, was on sale for $30.00 Walked to the checkout counter with a hat in hand ready to pay, gentleman at the cash wearing clear glasses might have had a long Day, that's ok we are all human after all, he scanned the hat and said 50 odd dollars, I pointed out that it says 30 on the hat and it's on sale, it also is on the sale table...that has a big sign saying sale $30.He disagreed, I said ok and walked out.You had a customer that needed no help or assistance with no effort ready to pay but refused to collect his money and you said no. Man needs some training

MAJOR decline in quality of materials and construction of hats over the years. They were first made in Europe and high-quality. Then Bangladesh, then China. They went from being well-constructed to extreme variability. The last one I got had exposed nylon thread ends inside the hat that stuck into the scalp like little knives! Like wearing a porcupine. For $45.00, they should do A LOT better.

This staff at this location is amazing. I always ship my hats to this location for pick up without any issues at all. As my birthday recently passed and I am enrolled in their rewards program I also received a brush as a gift. I have not ever had a problem with this location and they are the closest location to my home. Keep up the great work!!

Good selection of hats. Always find my size 7 1/8 always blue jays. Customer service is...ok i guess.
