⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Sarah was an absolute professional to work with, she returns calls and texts quickly, even when I had crazy questions! Selling a house is a very emotional experience, and when my emotions hit the a wall Sarah was there to talk me down in a very calming way,never making me feel like I was acting as erratically as I felt.The team she works with was just as fantastic, the photographs were phenomenal, Jackie was such a help with staging.I can not even begin to say enough amazing things!They say the proof is in the pudding, well we sold with only 4 days on the market and at full asking; by any standards that is IMPRESSIVE!!

Right from the 1st time that we talked to Sarah, we had a good feeling that this was the realtor for us. We gave them the task of putting our condo on the market, just 1 day after we had found our new home. Sarah put us at ease from the get go. Sarah got in touch with us the next day and gave us the market analysis of what the condo should be listed for. Then Angie came over that very afternoon to help us stage the condo. The following day we had the photographer come and take the pictures for the website. By the end of day 5 we were live and 2 days later we were sold.Both Sarah and Angie made it look seem less. Sarah is an absolute gem of a human and that really comes through in her work as a realtor. This summer I had to list my father's property which was a nightmare in every way you can Imagine. We had a hoarder's level mess to clean up, that didn't scare Sarah away. She was there with gloves on in +35-degree Celsius weather to help with the actual clean up, she was doing research and pricing on disposal companies for me as well as offering moral support and encouragement. There were several moments when I thought that this house was unsellable with missing permits and a non-compliant RPR but she managed to sell it anyways. Trust me folks if she managed to sell this home and quite quickly, she can sell anything. I promise you will not be disappointed! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, efficient realtor and the kindest most wonderful human on the planet, look no further.
