Kia West Service Department

Mikee sold me a Nissan Micra today, highly recommended him. Very friendly, funny, and was willing to negotiate as I’m a student. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Will be buying all my cars from here in the future!

Hey! So my a service advisor lwas off today and seems as my keys were passed to Kali Cameron.At 3:08pm today I get a call from her saying“Hi it’s Kali”“so this is what we are going to do, take your payment over the phone and put your keys in your car outside so you don’t have to come inside”NEVER have i once mentioned i wanna do an over the phone payment. After I mentioned I don’t feel comfortable sharing said information over the phone n asked to why i’m not allowed in the dealership she put me on hold - I managed to ask what the price was and she quoted me $360 plus tax when MY advisor quoted, promised and assured me $181 plus tax,I received a message from the service manager only after I called and emailed. mentioning that the invoice is fixed, vehicle will be ready after five and then apologized for the ‘inconvenience’as a former employee (who left do to the team..) and now a client who only goes to Kia West to do to the VIP oil changes. (this was due to my car being towed in).my right as a human was denied entrance into their dealership till after 5pm today with no explanation though promised 3:30 by Kali Cameron and also mentioned at 3:08 that vehicle will be ready in 15 minutes. this is beyond unprofessional. (keep in mind my vehicle has been in shop since Friday night for an error I had called at my last oil change though the previous advisor, when asked to check, mentioned that ‘they are fine’ - this was a week and a half ago)Would personally not recommend the Service Department as they do not value, care or respect their clients. I can assure both vehicles we have from your dealership will be traded in and this will not go unnoticed.

First off, the issue with my vehicle was resolved and covered by Kia West.However, I am still really disappointed with the whole process leading up to the repair and the customer service afterward.The service department is super unorganized. The service advisor Raegan is super nice until you call her out on her incompetence. She took no accountability for her lack of communication and care regarding an urgent issue. All the facts pointed to her being in the wrong and she still had an attitude. Very unprofessional staff in the service department.Also, if you do bring your car there for service, make sure they don't put it through their car wash because it'll still be dirty anyways and come out with new scratches every time.I will not go back to this dealership. Even though the sales staff were really nice and helpful when I purchased my car, service has impacted my decision for any future purchases.

I recently bought my first car from Kia West Branch and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had. I want to give a special shoutout to Jonas, Shayne, and Noah for their exceptional customer care and service. I would highly recommend Kia West Branch to anyone in the market for a new car.

I had a possible overheating issue with my Kia Sportage while down in the lower mainland. I needed to return to the interior and the service department was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and get me on my way again. I truly appreciated the fast friendly service!

We come here to buy our cars (we’re on our 5th Kia!) and we also get our servicing done here even though we live in the Okanagan. Raegan at the service desk has always been fantastic, even going out of her way to stay late for us. She’s knowledgeable and friendly and a huge asset to the service department. Give her a raise or a new Kia to drive!!

Update:Yesterday, I had flat tire due to a nail. Jeremy and Walter got it fixed through their tech in less than an hour and charged me just $25 for the service. They are awesome.******One of the best service team led by Andrew (service team manager). Jeremy and Matt at front desk and Raymond at service make sure your car is safe to drive. Previously a dealer sold me a car with no thread and seized rear wheels. Andrew and Raymond identified it and made sure I got a new safe car that I regularly get services from this team. Fantastic service providers.

Just been to this location today and found the service of Jules Kehler (Sales Representative) very helpful. He’s an amazing guy. Would definitely recommend everyone who are looking to buy a car with great customer service experience please go this location and meet their amazing staff especially Jules.

We used to have a Kia and always had the best service at Kia West! We now have a GMC and still get our car serviced at Kia! Great people and quick and friendly service!

I bought my 2020 Toyota Corolla on July 6th, 2022. I was given free oil changes for life by the sales team. I went in for my first oil change. They checked everything over and it runs like new. #ThanksTeamKiaWest. #SeeYouIn$5000Km's.
