Unfortunately I am not one to give bad reviews!! Went into store to pick up a water bottle pump. I found the aisle item way up top. Looked for an associate, found 1...was dismissed and told that the person who could help might be in the warehouse, she did not even offer to help or call associate. I took it upon myself and found a 8 foot stick to take item down. Cashier time only 2 on and this is between 5 and 6 pm. Service very bad. This is on a Monday when most people will shop after a weekend when they know store was busy. Need more staff to accommodate for shoppers who are willing to shop on another day other than Saturdays or Sundays.

Awesome place for tools. I needed something to clear the sink clog and needed some gardening tools, the staff suggested “Draino max” for the sink clog, I used it and it resolved my problem. The gardening tools were also cool and useful. Thanks Canadian Tire.

Service is very poor. Tried to get information on a item in sporting department. I had to go to auto to find a staff. When I got someone there he was to busy in the back to help. We called the store on the phone and was told it would be 10 minutes before we could get help. The store needs to hire staff. Talked to another person who was waiting for staff to bring a key to locked items and walked out the door like we did. Bet they have lost more business to equal the lack of staff.

I was at Sunridge Canadian tire helped by manager Cheche P at customer service for price match and when asked to check the item in system she claimed she cannot check in the system or she doesn’t know, I was able to pull up which aisle the item was in 2 seconds on my phone and she still didn’t offer help and was very attitudinal and made us wait while she helped 4 other customers ,she should not be manager if she cannot check items in the system and help customers. She does not know how to check items in the system, worst customer service

Was able to find what we needed on our through the app, however the stock was off between the app and what was actually on the shelves. Not just by 1 or 2, but like 4 to 6. I think some of this was due to theft as we had found an item we wanted but couldn't purchase it because the package had been ripped open and a part was missing. At least the check out was a nice experience!

I will admit I like shopping here. From tools to tires I find what I need. I do my own oil changes so this particular visit was for Castrol 20W50 motorcycle engine oil. I am quite taken aback on the prices. It is now $13.99 a litre. That is beyond stupid. 2022 was $8.99. 2021 I was paying about $6-8 per litre for the exact same oil. And about that the years before then. Some serious lining of pockets going on. Shouldn't be cheaper at places like 7-11 or gas stations than it is a large volume distributor.Be better Canadian Tire

Horrendous curbside pick up or lack there of.. all the parking spaces for pick up are just parked in ….and then when you phone the store to let them know you are there.. the phone rings and rings and ring I did this for 15 minutes until I got frustrated and went in to find overworked unsupported customer service staff. GROSS ..MAKES ME MAD THAT MANAGEMENT IS SITTING IN THEIR OFFICES DOING NOTHING AND NOT HELPING STAFF!!!Won’t be back to this poorly managed location.
