It's an LCBO. What can you say. I will say, the staff was friendly. I was looking for a particular wine. They didn't have it, but an employee checked with other stores and found one that did. That's customer service.

Was served by Pamela and last second asked her if she can do the cool birthday bag fringe thing. She had already called another customer and was still happy to assist me while dealing with the other customer. Above and beyond. Thank you so much Pamela for your wonderful customer service.

Lovely Lcbo location. Never seems to get super busy which is a nice bonus. Great selection of cold beers and coolers.Maybe it’s because I usually only go to this location on a Friday afternoon but most of the time I’m help d by an associate named Heather. Heather is friendly and polite. Lovely lady.Would definitely recommend this location

Store was very clean, fully stocked, and organized well. The staff were extremely helpful and all friendly with every interaction. There were a couple price tags missing, which happened to be specifically the few items I had to ask about, but someone with a scanner phone thing was happy to scan it and give me the price once I found someone, the lineup was pretty well nonexistent and the cashier's kept people flowing quickly and happily to maintain that. The parking lot was relatively empty and I found my trip to be quick, pleasant, and faster than I hoped I would be.

I order online to pick up same day a bottle of Hennessy VSOP Cognac as gift for my boss. Instead of that a received a cheaper bottle Hennessy Vs Cognac. I just pick up and left but when my boss open gift he found out it was not what he likes to drink. It was embarrasing!

I go into this location often and always have good service but today was exceptional. Bobby made my visit so enjoyable. She made sure I found everything I needed, helped me pack up everything....she even went above and beyond by helping me bring the boxes to my car.....all with a smile and genuine kindness.
