Great experience yesterday at Michael Kors at Markville, the store look amazing and the staff was very helpful helping choosing a bag that fits my needs. I really recommend this store

Did not update the time for dec 30. Still showing open on Google map but went there seeing them closed. Wasted my time to drive all the way

I am reading all the negative reviews here about customer service and I can say that I have never experienced rudeness to that level. My impression is that the sales ladies would give me space until I was ready to enquire about the items I am looking at.The reason that I am giving four stars is because my watch and shoes purchased from Michael Kors were of excellent quality and I enjoyed both experiences. However, when I purchased a hand bag it wasn't checked over for any damages before I left the store by the sales associates. When I got the bag home I noticed black glue smeared all along parts of the leather. I returned it immediately with no issues.I would definitely come back to this location as I have not experienced any of the service issues described in other reviews (perhaps they have done retraining or spoke to their sales staff since the other reviews were posted) and I have loved all of the items I have purchased here.It would be nice of the store to respond to some of the negative reviews to know for sure that customers' concerns were heard.

The bags they carry are well known and there's plenty of reviews on them. I'm reviewing the store and staff specifically. I went to get a wallet for my wife, as she has a MK bag already. Buying an accessory for someone is a terrifying experience at the best of times...will it match they way they want? ... do they already have an idea in their head that they have not shared with you? ...are you totally out of your mind, because this is like buying jewelry and it's impossible to get it exactly right!! But I digress. The staff were hugely helpful, tag teaming to look up information and give feedback and perspective. They made it easy and ensured it was perfectly right"!"

The staff who helped me was extremely unwelcoming at Markville Mall. She wasn’t clear with what she needed to see and her tone was extremely disrespectful. I understand that working during COVID can be hard and stressful but she was just plain rude and did not seem like she wanted to be there and help. I won’t be coming back to this store if this is the type of treatment customers receive. Not impressed.

First experience with this brand was pleasant and joyful. Thumbs for maintained environment, easygoing staff and quality items.
