Love the place for nails. I have nothing to say about that. But is it close on mondays ? Because I went 3 times and it's always close those days.. Kinda sucks

The staff in general is rude and they’re talking between each other laughing at customers .. how unprofessional.. and the owner Michelle is rude with customers she is only nice with girls that she knows and if she doesn’t know you she has a bad attitude.. zero customer service how can you own a business and be disrespectful like that and also the equipment they use doesn’t even seem clean and sterile which is very dangerous And during the pedicure they are rushing to get it done so you don’t feel relaxed at all .. and it’s annoying that the majority of the staff can’t communicate in French or English .. with all that being said I don’t recommend this place at all

Terrible place will never go back nails popped out within 2 wks very poorly done!!!Unfriendly atmosphere !!!!When you call and ask for price they tell you 40.00 and when it's time to pay they charge you 47.00 for a disgusting work.

Good service, but she kept commenting that I have large nails... I know, I do and it's kind of rude to comment on it. The person did a nice job though.

I usually like the service but last saturday i had a woman that i don't usually have service with, she asked me 8th times if i wanted a damn pedicure while i was doing my nails (hands). I understand that she wanted to make more money but you can't force someone to do it. I almost told her that i would leave if she keep on asking.Respect your customer Madam. I will not do my nails with that person again. The youger lady that i often see is great.

I've gone to this salon twice. On both occasions the experience was not so good and the reason why I went after the first is because I thought maybe it was a one time thing and that they'll be able to redeem their self. Nope! Work is sloppy and not what I asked for. She also cut too much of my hair ignoring what I had asked. Never again. Sorry.

If I could give zero Stars I would went there yesterday she was the only one working she had her husband do my nails which he doesn't know how to do I left in the middle of my refill cuz it was a disaster.. every time I do my nails over there after 2 days I always have nails that broke I was thinking for a long time to switch place yesterday was my last day I'm done with this shity place

walk in with no problem on Wednesday. asked for a refill (32$) plus fixing two of my broken nails which they charge 5$ more. first time a technician guy did my nails and i’m really satisfied. staffs are friendly, comprehensive and professional as well. decor is up to date and reasonable price.first time here and no regret. accept any type of payment. plenty parking and quick service
