I'm just getting into astrophotography. Nicolas was really good to interact with. Was honest in telling me what I needed and what not to worry about right now. Another place was trying to get as big a purchase out of me as possible. So Nicolas saved me money and time. My tripod came out of the box with a manufacturer defect. He replaced it. It was no hassle at all and now I'm good to go. I would highly recommend for all your telescope needs.

I needed a red dot eye finder piece, and they had what I was looking for - three choices as a matter of fact. I needed this piece to pull together a relic of a reflector telescope, and they not only collimated it for me, but also answered all my newbie questions. Thank you!

Bought a laser pointer for star viewing public education. I bought it from All-Star because I was confident it would be suitable for this purpose. It is powerful. The laser comes with a rugged case.Ten years ago I bought an Antares eyepiece. It was an excellent purchase.I appreciate the advice they give.

I read and listened to the reviews and decided to buy from All-Star Telescope. I figured I'd drive up from Calgary and pick up the telescope personally and have Nicholas build some confidence in my purchase.I got exactly what I intended. Nicholas is incredibly knowledgeable and is invested in your experience. He set excellent expectations for me, suggested some future purchases, but encouraged me to try everything out and get my own feel for the equipment before investing even more money into this amazing long term hobby.Nicholas is building a relationship for you to feel comfortable coming back and doesn't pressure you into spending money on something you don't need.6/5 stars. I'll be purchasing from Nicholas from here on out, hands down.
