The staff failed to offer service to an existing Solo customer, as it was not in their best interest to do so. I went to the Bell store in Fairview instead, no problems whatsoever. If you're looking for more mature staff, head to another location.

Below was a review from 2 years ago. They have improved dramatically since then. If you have any problems, David Magny was amazing and really helped me today. He solved a problem caused by the 2 year agoteam.Terrible service. Weren't able to identify my technical issue that another company diagnosed instantly and made so many errors they would have ruined my credit had I trusted them. My bf's phone was being repaired... Twice... For a month and is still having issues. DON'T GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

I rarely post reviews but the service I received was excellent. Not a single bad thing to say about the place. Very respectful staff, I would recommend it. If you need something, Dilson Thirulogasant is your men.

High rating is strictly on the Service that is excellent at this particular location, staff are very helpful and take the time to be as clear as possible. Location manager is often involved in operations and is in touch with customers, so accessibility is not an issue. If I was to rate Bell on the plan I am getting, as well as the invoices amounts, rating would change for sure
