Never had a bad experience @ CannaCabana!The staff are extremely knowledgeable on the product they are selling & do their best to get you what you’re looking for.12/10 Jason is great & he’s a rad guy.I wanted a hard hitter & he was honest about the quality of each product I asked about & made some great suggestions too - he wasn’t just trying to make a sale.Left with some bomb stuff!Store itself is great, would recommend

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. This was my first time going to this store and it was amazing. Both workers were amazing, they helped me find something easy for me to use because I never smoked weed before. The one person at the store, I believe his name is Jason. He was amazing, helped me. Greeted me and explained to me alot of good products. I strongly recommend this pot shop♡-Laila Hawryliw

I really want to check this place out but I hate going to a store and wasting my time, I like to browse online before going in. I made an account so I could see some of the deals I keep getting in my emails without everything being blurred. That’s all well and good but you need a picture of my face and my identification? I’m not down with giving a company all of my personal information. I just want to see what’s on sale and if it’s available before I go in so I don’t waste a trip. How many age gates do you need? At least let customers look around after we pass the first age gate, now I have to make an account and give you all my personal information? How do you make any sales online? Makes me hesitant to go in.

Customer service is a 10/10. Jason L. even took my number to call me when new bowls come in! It's free to become member and you get better prices just cause you give em your phone number! I don't entirely remember but I'm pretty sure his name is Sky. He's a tall black gentleman with a beard, wears beanies and rings, and he's super chill, really nice, if you end up being serviced by him then you're in good hands. 100% recommend.
