I recently visited the audiologist, Judy, and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional care and level of attention I experienced. From the moment we stepped into her office, it was evident that Judy truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.Judy's thoughtfulness and attentiveness were apparent throughout our entire visit. She listened attentively to my father's concerns and took the time to fully understand his needs. Her genuine interest in his well-being made us feel comfortable and confident in her expertise.Not only did Judy patiently address all of our questions, but she also explained everything in a clear and easily understandable manner.She displayed a level of care and compassion that went beyond what we expected. Her genuine concern for his comfort and overall experience was truly remarkable.Overall, I highly recommend Judy as an audiologist.

I would like to share the experience I had with Connect Hearing Commercial Drive. I want to thank Doris for boosting my self esteem, creating a confidence in myself to accept everything that considering life is not perfect, we may encounter health difficulties for instance hearing problem and I’m one of the example that there’s something to be done to solve it, in which I believe there’s a solution for everything.Accepting the fact,that it’s not too late to explore and find ways. At a very young age, trying this “magical aids for my hearing” had opened my doors that it’s kind of normal even though at first, fear and denial embraced inside me and I can’t hide it. So, for those people who have the same encounter having a hard times to accept the reality of what our present condition is. Don’t give up, everything will be ok! Life is beautiful, indeed. Think of what is tomorrow, in this way what we can do today is better than doing it later. We received a letter of the Hastings Vancouver clinic were to relocate here. The former location provided excellent professional service by Elizabeth W. Fast forward, my dad had to dropby regarding his hearing aid. The issue was dealt with promptly & cleaning supplies given. Great pro aftercare provided by the friendly staff here. Thank you.
