Nice and welcoming staffs. They did a thorough winter inspection for me in a timely manner and did not overcharge me for unnecessary items. Although, it is a small dealership, they have done their best to create a pleasant atmosphere for customers while waiting. Two interesting initiatives were: providing different chargers for phones attached to a battery and placing a flower in the car for Remembrance Day.

Amazing customer service!! As soon as I let Matt know we were interested in the 07 Ridgeline he immediately got to work to get us in the truck. They were able to give us an excellent deal and after noticing a small issue with the truck, the service department ordered the parts, and gave us a date to come back free of charge. We will for sure be coming back for all of our vehicle buying needs! Thanks again!

Need any type of vehicle then go to the most friendly dealership in Terrace BC. Need tires go see them too, oil change? They have a shuttle service that will take you somewhere and pick you up has well, or if you need a vehicle they will let you test drive any vehicle. Go see them !

Terrible and slow service today by Honda. I've had a service appointment booked for 3 weeks, oil change and service is what I asked for.I dropped off my car at 8:30. Appointment was for 10. Car wasn't done until 2:40, and I come to find out that the only thing done was an oil change. With a brand new vehicle, in order to keep warranty, it needs services on time, which I obviously didn't get. And I wasn't about to hang around there any longer. Cathy, a service advisor, knew that I had been waiting for a while and told me the reason the car was taking so long was because they didn't have the right oil, which is no excuse for it taking 5 hours to complete my service".
