This store is small it's ok for a small town. Prices are high like every place else. Of the 3 things i went in for, they didn't carry them. I asked the girl at the deli what was in something she didn't know, and asked someone else....she didn't know either. The 1 thing that really bothered me i asked for 2 types of ice cream and was told they didn't carry them because they were too expensive! Kinda weird. It's a grocery store looks like all other grocery stores, nothing outstanding.

They advertise a variety of fresh vegetables made in store ready to grill. On a Saturday afternoon shopping for BBQ dinner, the only options available were small potatoes and a family size asparagus.

I enjoy the selection of meat and produce from this location as it seems to be above average here, compared to other small-town Foodland locations. It is a medium-sized location with everything you might need on a daily basis. Some things may be a little better priced at No Frills down the road but their produce is not of the same quality. I also like the hot meal options like rotisserie chicken, wedges, ribs, etc. The staff has always been friendly so I like dropping in when I'm in Glencoe.

Friendly staff. Very good quality of fruits and vegetables and butcher cut meat. The on site bakery...omg everything looks and smells so good in the store.

My spouse says 3.5 I say 3. It's a nice set up. Unfortunately closer to closing time meat counter won't help you which is a bummer and they need to open more tills when the line ups begin. I find them way overpriced compared to the No frills in town but Foodland carries some products that no frills doesn't .
