Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Horrible place to get gas! Put my card in the machine and the pump wasn’t working so I paid cash with the man in the store. Looked at my account the next day and all the money from my account was gone! I went in the next day to try to get it figure out and they basically told that it wasn’t their problem. Even tried calling petro Canada and they said the same thing.

I've noticed from my last couple of washes that the tri-foam only dispenses one foam colour. Also, the coating cycle at the end of the wash didn't work during my last wash at this place. I've never had these issues before but I guess I'll be looking for an alternate location for my future washes.

It shouldn't take 10 minutes per car to go through the car wash. Wasted an hour of my day.

The employee named “Ankush” was very rudely taking and the service was not good when the petro-Canada login was not working.

The uncouth East Indian girl working in the evenings should learn some manners and not yawn without covering her mouth and right onto the face of a customer when they're paying. So disrespectful.What kind of training are they being given?

The carwash does not work very well and it gets closed a lot in the winter

Awful service. Waited in line for a car wash for 30 to 35 minutes when it was my turn, the car wash machine did not work. On informing the employee about the situation, he offered another ticket, and informed the manager, who denied and took back the ticket and asked the employee to check if the car was clean to make sure If I was lying, to get a free ticket, after the employee saw my car, which was still dirty, did not bother and informed me The MANAGER will have to look at the footage and check on the camera before she can issue a free ticket".Appalling service!!!"

This large man recently started working overnight shifts and he locks the door so nobody can come in. Usually it’s just me, a white female, coming in to buy chocolate, he has seen me during the day but refuses to let me in around midnight and says “doors open at 5” he is the ONLY employee that locks the door overnight. I can’t even scan my Petro Points card unless I hand him my phone through the metal drawer. I can’t even purchase snacks after my late night workout because I cannot see what’s in stock or haven’t even decided just because this man is scared of I don’t know what. I offered to wear a mask if it was covid and I said he could check my pockets if it was weapons he was scared of. Never specified… horrible employee.

I was at this location on Friday March 12th just before 4 pm. I had used one of the pumps to prepay. The machine was malfunctioning . I went inside to let the young female emplee behind the counter know. Everytime I started to speak, she istarted to speak. I was trying to explain what was going on with the machine but she kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain. She was clearly not listening and mid transaction handed me off to another employee. I do not recall dealing with someone with worse manners before. They are normally so nice at this location. I respectively request a manager or owner speak with her about this. She clearly requires some customer service training.

Car wash is good but vacuum is no good - always plugged.
