Footprints Dance Centre

I have nothing poor to say about this company! I took my 4-year-old boy here for hip-hop classes. He was VERY shy to start but the instructors were amazing in making him feel welcomed, they were kind and very patient with him.

Footprints dance studio is a well organized building that is clean, tidy and very friendly. Miss Taylor is amazing! Highly recommend for adult couples social dancing classes!

My family could not be happier with our choice of Dance Studio. Footprints Dance Centre is a very positive and inclusive place to dance. They have an amazing set of core values... and they actually walk the talk. The studio is actively involved in the local community and they demonstrate time and time again, that the best interests of our children (as people not just as dancers) are important to them. The dance lessons, instructors, and overall class structure are top quality... and the prices reasonable. Check them out!

The owner of this place is a gem. She truly cares about the students’ best interests and values our inputs and feedback. I truly appreciate that the studio gives back to the community while making improvements within. This place has lots to offer beyond dance. My only complaint is that the entryway and waiting area gets overly busy, but that goes to show how many people come here.

My 2 girls have been a member of the studio for 6 years. They started in munchkin ballet (levels have changed since we started) and have now joined the competitive team. I felt just as welcome with their 1 class to now their many classes. No dancer is more important than another.As a parent, I'm so impressed with Miss. Lainy's organization. I always know what's going on. We are updated weekly with what is coming up. There are many themed weeks which my girls love.I'm also impressed with the charitable givings by the studio. Each year donations are collected for a local charity. As well the Holiday Spirit Squad and Summer Sass performance teams travel to local retirement/nursing homes to give back to our communities seniors.My girls love dancing at FDC. They've made great quality friendships as well taught many life lessons.I couldn't imagine dancing anywhere else!

My 5 and 7-year-old just finished their third dance recital at Footprints. While this year it was a modified recital due to covid, it was a blast for my girls. Miss Lainy and her staff have a love of dance that they want to share with each student that walks in the door. During the crisis Miss Lainy has moved her classes online but kept up the same spirit. In the evenings my wife enjoys the adult stretch classes.They have many different styles of dance, ages, and skill levels.Edit - I would also like to add that we've recently found out that our oldest daughter has some social and learning difficulties. These difficulties would make it hard for any teacher to coach my daughter. The staff at Footprints have worked with my daughter building up a personal and trusting connection that has allowed my daughter to thrive.

My daughter has been taking ballet classes here. It's been a great experience so far. The staff are patient and very engaging with the students and family. They have many different activities to keep the program interesting.

We absolutely love Footprints Dance Centre! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the class sizes are small so each child gets the attention they need, and the prices are definitely affordable! We feel at home at FDC, and are very impressed with how our little dancer has grown so much since starting here when she was just about 2 years old. You can tell just how passionate Miss Lainy is about her FDC family, and that has been proven even more so over this last year. She worked very hard to keep our dancers engaged during this global pandemic, and has gone to great lengths to make sure our dancers (and everyone who enters the building) are kept safe! We appreciate all the hard work Miss Lainy and her amazing team have done!

We love Footprints! We've had our 4 year old daughter in for tap classes, and she attended their shark themed summer camp and has nothing but happy memories. We are looking forward to having our 2 year old enrolled and making wonderful dance memories.

My 3 year old daughter LOVES her classes at Footprints. I didn't take dance lessons growing up, so I didn't know what to expect at all. It was wonderful, welcoming and best of all my daughter looks forward dancing every time. Miss Lainy is an amazing teacher who really understands children. Each lesson is fun, age appropriate and easy to follow. A good mix of structure and play. I can't recommend Footprints enough!
