I found my experience with Kelly Services to be extremely positive - the interview process was smooth, quick and professional, the responsiveness from the HR representative was excellent and found the online hiring method to be very easy to navigate. They are very transparent during the interview process that you sometime will have periods where you may not be called in to work and that added some flexibility to the job for me personally.Overall would definitely return in future :D

They provide detailed explanations of the factory rules, work procedures, and break schedules, making it a conducive environment for productive and enjoyable work. This is the worst job agency in the KW area. They are rude they are in responsive they don’t know how to do any of their jobs at all! Took them 2 weeks to find me a placement which was 1 day and 4 hours of work. Very sketchy staff group and when they call or message you for work they don’t even let you know what times or what the date will be to go in. Very sloppy company.

I'm not sure if this office is the one responsible for posting an ad on the indeed site for light sorting - auto parts in Cambridge but the ad states light and the ad also states lifting up to 50 lbs., 50 lbs. is not light, light would be considered around 10 maybe 15 lbs. Not impressed! It just wastes a person's time when they think a position is light and they go on the ad and read otherwise. I've actually reported the ad on the indeed site for being misleading because they should not be stating light.

Worst agency. I've been under Kelly Services for 9 months and absolutely despise every time I have to email their agency. Firstly, their company liasons are all US-based for my company, and they always answer everything to vague. I think I've had five different advisors manage my account in the span of 9 months. Customer service is piss poor. Takes ages for them to respond. And then when they need something from you its constant emails. Horrible recruitment and contract signing process too. Their training is next to none for contracts on how to use time sheets and expenses. So much nuance to these as well. I am one to try and give fair reviews and benefit of the doubts but I have no positive experiences with this agency. To sum it up, I would not recommend using this service.

I'm a newcomer in Canada and I was struggling to find a job. As I came along with my family, a job was necessary for me. The Kelly Service was fast responded offering me a job. the pay is good and I never went to their office directly. I send my resume through email and all the communications are happening through email and call. They are very responsive and helpful.
