We had the opportunity to book a white water rafting trip down the elk River. Our owner and guide Blair was awesome great sense of humour and tons of knowledge of the area and the rock formation around us as we toured down the elk River. We went looking for trout as he knew pools in certain spots where the fish hang out. We stop the third of the way down and had a delicious lunch and dessert followed by some cool beverages lemonade and water. They followed all Covid rules and regulations even in the back 40 they had their plexiglass wall separating as they made sandwiches for us. This is extremely tough and kudos to the staff at Canyon Rafting company for keeping everyone safe and having a really good time. I highly recommend booking with them and possibly going a little earlier in the summer. We were lucky they got some rain the week prior so it brought the water level up which made for a little faster ride. The rest of the guides all had a great sense of humour and everyone had fun. This is a must do if you’re in the Fernie area during the summer. Thanks BlairAl

This was an amazing activity for me and my wife. We were in Fernie and wanted to do this rafting trip for sure. We lucked out with our guide, Eliott and thanks to the Canyon Raft for making our anniversary more special.We loved our mild raft and will be back for our wild trip next time. Thanks to the team for an amazing adventure.

Such a fun time! We went end June, sun was shining and rapids were roaring, just perfect! Brad was an awesome guide. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Incredible rafting trip, we did the wild river and it was a very enjoyable ride. I highly recommend this for anyone visiting Fernie or the area around it.

Experienced company with excellent guides that make sure every moment is filled with entertainment, learning, and fun. You are well taken care of and the team knows the rivers so well you never have to worry. The experience was great.
