I purchased a few games (2 WiiU and 1 3DS) not so long ago and was very impressed with the building. Very clean and well organized. The 3 games I bought were reasonably priced and the WiiU game disks had been resurfaced, and the 3DS cartridge was very clean. All 3 worked perfectly. As another review mentioned, the Google rating is too low, this place has great customer service to guarantee your satisfaction. I recommend this shop and I will hopefully return. One of, if not the best pawn shop in the city.

This family owned business will always give you top dollar for your merchandise, never rude very compassionate people. They understand that times are tough and work with you and very professional . They sell the most up to date merchandise good quality. So if your caught in a jam or whatever the situation I would consider them before any other places that could cheat you out of ur money or stuff.

The Google score does not do these guys justice. Time and time again, Golden Pawn's helpful and knowledgeable staff have gone out of their way to earn and keep my business. I bought two computers off them and they were able to work with their asking price plus throw in a 30-day guarantee. One of the classiest and cleanest pawn shops in London. 5 stars.

I've gone here for a temporary loan already feeling down about myself and situation to be greeted by a miserable woman who made the interaction MORE miserable and unpleasant this has happened 3 TIMES. She's ALWAYS miserable and super UNPLEASANT to deal with!I also bought a$1000 gold chain from this place and was greeted with the same energy from the same miserable and unpleasant woman. Life is hard enuff and nobody deserves the ignorance from this judgemental miserable lady, maybe get a job where your not working with the public especially with THAT kind of attitude. I will NEVER return or bring my business here again! I HIGHLY recommend going to any other pawn shop BUT this one. The gentleman who works here is nice,but that lady I can promise will make your entire experience HORRIBLE!I also will be posting this on social media and informing everyone I know to avoid the miserable experiences ive encountered. One of the best pawn shops in London. The website is a bonus, I think it's great to see what's in stock before going to a guitar store. And this one has a very nice selection, no junk hanging in there at all.I took a star off because I think I could have gotten a slightly better deal, but also understand what it's like on their side of the counter too. Even so, it's my inclination to hold back 1 star. Customer service was good, and as I mentioned- they seem to know what a good guitar is.If the person who lost the bass to Golden Pawn reads this- I'm sorry, man. I myself lost that guitar to another pawn about 3 years ago after owning it for quite a long time.Losing it stings, I know... But really it's like an old friend coming home to me. When I die, someone is going to get a really nice bass guitar.

Gave me a fair deal on a loan but a little low on sale. The place is clean and the staff are friendly an courteous. They were very open about the process and the prices they offered. Would recommend to people I know - and don't. Thanks for the help!

I have dealt with numerous pawnshops in London over the years for all different reasons. A friend suggested I go here one time ( he highly recommended it and told me it was the only pawn shop he would deal with).So I took his advice and went here and now here I am almost 3 years later and it’s still my go to!The service is absolutely amazing, they always have a good variety on jewellery, games pretty much anything you are looking for that a pawnshop Carrie’s and the prices are always good too!Even when times are tight and things need to get pawned or sold it’s still my go to they are the most fair place to deal with!Plus on top of all this greatness the customer service and understanding from the staff is amazing! Such caring, friendly, understanding group of people that work here such amazing people!
