Used the dog wash. As always staff are friendly and helpful.

This location seems to always have the items that I'm looking for, the beef Chompers, whereas the South Side location does not have them often. One key attribute to this store is that the staff is exceptionally friendly and willing to help. I find it other locations there definitely quick to say hello but when it comes to specifics on the product I feel there's a knowledge lacking here. Overall this is my preferred location now.

I am very impressed with pet value. A Canadian company. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They have dog washing facilities and much more. They even trim my cats nails.Prices are good

I LOVE Petvalu, especially this location! The staff are always super kind and helpful. I love that the adoptable animals can roam around the store and play. Also I love that after 12 bags of food you get the next one free since pet food is expensive so this helps. Cannot say enough good thing about this store.

I recently visited a pet wash that had two stations and was pleasantly surprised by the cute little visits from kittens. The pet wash was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including shampoos, conditioners, and brushes. The staff was friendly and helpful in guiding me through the washing process. The two stations made it easy to wash both of my dogs at the same time, which saved me a lot of time.What really stood out to me were the adorable kittens that came by for visits while I was washing my dogs. They were so playful and cute, and it was a nice distraction while I was washing my dogs. It also added to the overall atmosphere of the pet wash and made the experience even more enjoyable.Overall, I had a great experience at this pet wash and would highly recommend it to any pet owner looking for a convenient and enjoyable way to wash their pets. The cute little visits from kittens were just the icing on the cake!

Was running errands yesterday and came in to this location to pick up some cat food and was met by an amazing worker named Tiffany! She was so knowledgeable and sweet, I'll definitely be returning to this location!

Friendly staff and helpful with any questions. The Acana dog food I buy and bought at different stores was competitively priced. My dogs like visiting too.

Perfect place to bath your pups with ease. Love the options of shampoos as well as the lovely after sprays . No mess no hassle and no towels to wash . They make everything easier.

Friendly staff. Store inventory is incorrect.. said they had some specific food, but couldn't find it. Staff were helpful though!
