I purchased an expensive braclet for my wife Christmas Eve from Polo Park Store. The braclet does not fit and I would like a refund. I called the store and was advised exchanges only. I am not satisfied with this at all. I would like a full refund. My debit receipt is all I received and does not say that on there. I would not recommend this store to anyone!!!

I am an unhappy customer. I purchased a pair of small gold hoop earrings from Dynasty on April 23, 2014. About a week later a tried to put them on & struggled because the closing mechanism consists of a small rod which is supposed to fit into a small tube & lock. I struggled with trying to close the catch (behind my ear in a place that is not visible to the wearer). I gave up & phoned the store & was told to return them. When I went back to the store they refused to take the earrings back because they said I had bent them while struggling to put them on. They should not have sold the earrings with that type of closure in the first place. I showed the item to 4 of my friends who agreed it would be virtually impossible to wear these earrings

Brought my fiancee grandfather's ring to be sized, was done within a few days and looks like new! Very professional, honest, and amazing work.

I recently bought a cross and chain from dynasty jewellers. The chain was damaged which i didn't not notice till I got home. They fixed" it which made it look horrible aswell when they returned the chain from the warranty work . They kept the cross and claim they never received them together. After a few calls and visiting I was called a liar and they refuse to work with me to return my cross. Pick a different jeweller or you will be sorry and waste your money as I did."

Love buying jewelry from here. If they don't have what you're looking for in stock, the lady will order what you need for an affordable price. Layaway plans are also available. They're always bringing in new jewelry and because of the good prices, they sell fast so be sure to visit frequently.

Just brought My watch for a battery change, now have a damaged back cover and saw for the first time the disclaimer, don’t go to this shop they are rude and insensitive

Excellent and friendly service! I recently had a repair done at this location. Turns out that I had been quoted a ridiculously high price at another local jeweller, I had given up on the repair until I stopped by Dynasty.Dynasty completed the repair in about 24 hours for 1/4 of the price of their competitor! The work looks fantastic and the service was awesome!They will be the first place I go in the future. I would highly recommend this jeweller.
