If I could eat here everyday I would <3 love their food, love the portions and healthy eating options, employees are always happy. The southern chicken quinoa bowl is my favourite!

Had one of their bowls which I initially thought was expensive but the portion size was very large and the quality of ingredients was quite good. The menu is limited mostly to bowls and salads and perhaps wraps. I did not see any classic sandwiches on the menu despite the logo on the window. Good service. Not a large space, about four tables of four people each if I remember correctly. But many of the customers were getting takeout when I was there.

I've been to Eatz a few times in the past so I was eager to try FUUL. Exceptional isn't even close to a word I could use for the FUUL and eats team. Their creative food ideas, astounding customer service and overall inviting atmosphere is something I knew I would get at FUUL but once again they out did themselves. Today I had the Garlic butter sirloin steak and it was incredible. The restaurant and staff litetally made me realize how you can still enjoy getting good healthy food going out. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're a foodie and need something to satisfy your hunger for a healthy, amazing FUUL experience.

I love supporting local buisnesses but I don't think I will be coming here. If you like the niche of food then you may like this place. Their menu consists of salads, bowls" and a couple wraps. When I came in they had a special on breakfast sandwiches but they were already out of them when I came in even though they were suppose to serve them until 11:00. I came in a bit before 10. They had one type of bagel which was very small (12 grain). I asked for a lot of butter

One of my favourite go-to lunch spots in St. Catharines. This place offers a wide menu of fresh, delicious and healthy meals! The owners are super friendly and work quickly to serve their ever-growing line of clients. It's worth the wait, or you can call ahead. The menu might be a bit pricey for a daily lunch, but portions are big and the value is in quality, healthy ingredients. You get what you pay for here.

Locally owned by some amazing people. The food is always so delicious (while also being healthy!). They have so many options to fit everyone's needs. Vegan and vegetarian options as well. They even have meal plans to choose from. Love. Love. LOVE!
