A Limo & Sedan Service

Not great service , The driver seemed not to know how to drive the party bus, he would race to a light then stop suddenly at it, forcing our entire party to almost fall off our seat, one person a elderly lady actually fell off her seat and when a complaint was made we were accused of being drunk! The driver was quite erratic with his driving the entire time.No interior lighting was put on or even offered. Overall not a great experience for someone who has never been on a party bus.The person who booked the bus has been in correspondence with the company and is aware of the situation but instead of offering another ride or some money back for the poor service she was offered a bottle of champagne the next time she booked with them. I personally will not use this company ever.

I have partaken on a few events in A Limo and Sedan Service vehicles over the years, and welcomely recommend them to others looking for the service. No matter what the occasion has been, the service, the drivers, and the vehicles to accommodate has been superior. Allowing for an memorable experiences and responsible way home.

Kevin is absolutely the epitome of customer service. He shows up on time, and his cars are immaculate when they arrive. Many of his limos are unique, and when you ride in them you can't help but kind of feel like a rock star! Kevin ran his Mammoth" for our wedding

I was invited on a night out with some friends and they'd booked a party bus with A Limo and Sedan. First off, they were very unorganized from the start and showed up over an hour late. Once we got going the driver was very unsafe, taking corners at high speeds and then abrupt stops trying to get us to our event on time. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your time and money - book somewhere else, I know I will be.

I am extremely disappointed that at a friends wedding they provided the bill the evening before her wedding, changed vehicles on her last minute, charged her WAY more than what was quoted and continued to fight and go back on their word even though she has proof via email. Save the trouble and go with another company. Customer service is EVERYTHING and they didn’t even try to find a common ground. 10/10 disappointed. That should be the last thing someone has to worry about during their wedding..... FOR AN HOUR LONG DRIVE.

Best limo experience I've had yet! Great service, amazing sound system that kicks the party up a notch and an excellent discount on liquor. Which made the boy's night night out on to remember!

Best limo company in Alberta! We've used Kevin a few time and are treated like celebrities always! His cars are clean, drivers on time and always add fun to your night! Straight up awesome company to call for any trip!

Wish I could give ZERO stars! The worst customer service we have ever dealt with. We paid the deposit for an event that is end of September. They then went and increased the price and said we can't bring alcohol and have to buy it through them. Adding a couple hundred dollars to the cost. They NEVER said this when booking and never advised that we couldn't bring our own drinks until after the deposit was given. We called them to speak about our concerns and they were extremely rude and said its a deposit

If there was an option to not give a star , I would. I am writing from AVIVA Canada, a major company that trusted A Limo & Sedan Service" To deliver their promise of a ride to PAYING customers (they charged us in advance). The driver was not only late

It's unfortunate to see the amount of positive reviews this company has received after an absolutely abhorrent personal experience. If I could give zero stars I would, although I'm sure the 18 party group you've burned will do a good enough job of bringing that review average down.Our bridal group attempted to retain this company's services for an event in September 2022. During initial communications an agreed upon rate was confirmed in writing and a deposit was put down for THAT agreement. After further communication with our group's liaison the rate was increased with seemingly no explanation. Furthermore, we were advised that the limo company supplies all alcohol for events and is an additional fee. Our liaison requested the deposit be returned as the agreement was not being upheld on the company's end and we no longer wish to enlist their subpar services for our event. This was refused despite our written reminder of the previous agreement.At this point I would think this is enough to dissuade the use of this service however after a phone call to discuss the manner, the story continues. A representative of this company advised verbally you can't have liquor in a car so why would you think you could here". Interesting how a company specializing in events seems to have forgotten about special events consumption license. Something that is more common than not when requesting this type of transportation service. He also noted that a "deposit is a despot and all deposits are non-refundable" and "even if the bride DIED day of we wouldn't give you the money back." What an unnecessary and disgusting way to speak to a customer who has given you money for a service. How a company manages to stay in business despite the lack of understanding of agreements and basic customer service is beyond me.I sincerely look forward to your response indicating how we can expect to receive our damage deposit back. Please use this as a learning experience that the representatives you hire are a direct reflection of your ENTIRE company. Good riddance."
